I wrote customer service regarding the size of the hat which sits rather high on the crown of my head. The ad says the 272 premier hat is 23 or 23.5 inches in circumference. In reality they measured the outside perimeter of the hat. The actual inside perimeter seems to be closer to 22 inches. Mt head measures 23.5 inches and it concerns me that the hat sits high on my head and although I asked customer service about this, 5 days later I have received no response.

Product arrived in a timely manner. I appreciate the opportunity to guarantee hair growth.

At what has been a stressful time for me, a female, with sudden hair loss, I found Kiierr's website to be very informative, helpful and hopeful for my situation. Delivery and customer service are great! The cap is sturdy, using the 302 MD Ultra Flex, and after four months of usage I might be seeing results. It’s hard to tell thus far. I have used it daily and not missed a day, and will continue doing so, because from experience bodily change might take time, even if it’s hard to discern clear results at this moment in time.

I had a great experience with kiierr. I had great results with the laser cap, and I liked that it came with the red and blue laser brush. I also liked the shampoo that was given to me as well. The carrying case made it very easy to be able to use it consistently, even though I was traveling. The only downside is how many times that my order was delayed because of how many orders there were.

I just started using the product, which arrived faster than expected. I'm hopeful that the product will start producing results within the next few months.

The laser cap is super comfortable and easy to operate. It automatically turns off after 6 minutes, making the whole experience hassle free. It will warm your scalp a little, which I found very pleasant. Highly recommend this product if you are in the market for laser treatment.

No email receipt received when I ordered. No tracking number provided for purchase. Package upon arrival required a signature, but I was not aware of that or available when item arrived. A note was left on door for final attempt delivery; I had to contact deliver and arrange to pick up at alternative locations.

i was concered with possible hair loss since my father was half bald in his mid 20's. 4 years ago I noticed some thinning in the back of my head. I purchsed your product and used it per instructions for a few years. My barber and say a thickening of my entire head and the small thin spot was filled in. These days it seems like the most products are poorly made using cheap materials, They don't look or function as advertised. Customer service by phone is usually someone reading responses from a script. Email often does not provide very helpful answers that address the question. I was reluctant to purchase Keiirr Hair Growth Laser cap based on past experiences. The product sounded too good to be true. But I read a lot about laser therapy for hair growth and, although skeptical, I decided to try it because I was desperate to find a solution to my hair loss I am 64 and experienced nearly 4 years of non-stop chronic stress. My hair had fallen out to the extent of clogging the drain, filling my hair brush, and was all over my clothes. The part continued to widen and started to see my scalp. Once the stressors were finally eliminated I thought my hair would grow back. After two years it still hadn't. I spent a lot of money trying every supplement and product I could find. Nothing worked.

I've used Kiierr products for years now! I love the vitamins, shampoo and conditioner and the laser caps! I have actually purchased 4! I have chronic hair loss, which means I'll practically go bald in different areas up on top and then it grows back.. over and over again. I was diagnosed with Talogen Effluvium in 2020 thanks to COVID. My hair was thick and curly and had been below the shoulders and in just 3-4 months it was up to my ears, with bald spots all through my scalp. Thats when I bought my first cap. Slowly but surely it grew back! It's just above my shoulders but thick again. I bought a cap to leave at my daughter's house, who lives in another state, and have upgraded twice during their awesome sales events! Their customer service is the best! FAST response, FAST shipping and GREAT products!

Received as a birthday gift, started using May 30th, 2025 havent missed a day yet. Use cap for 6 minutes followed by brush of 10 minutes. Very easy to use only 16 minutes a day, definitely making a difference.
