I for one think its great!I get free items because im actually the niece of the owner of this shop,his children are my first cousins so easily just become family!

Had a problem but it was soon sorted and the extra teddy was sent out.

Great price - fast delivery! No complaints about ease of use of website all very straightforward.

I was in the middle of placing an order through their site. I clicked checkout and when I did this all products disappeared from my basket and now I can’t shop on the site at all. It is saying no products match your search.

I’ve emailed and sent a WhatsApp and have had no contact back.
Is their store online closed or can we access the products again?

I placed an order which included a total of 6 baby bottles, (3 singles and a pack of 3) I added a few other odds and ends to make it worthwhile paying the postage, I received confirmation of order and then I received a confirmation that the order had been despatched. However, the following day I received another email advising of a refund for items out of stock. yep you guessed it the bottles. It was too late for me to cancel the order, as I had already received the confirmation that the order had been despatched. The email outlined that 2 of the bottles were refunded, and I was slightly confused as the amount didnt equate to the same amount, I figured maybe it was a refund towards the postage too. However, when the order arrived it was actually a single bottle and a pack of 3 bottles which were not in the order. I contacted by email to register my disappointment, as the money spent is completely wasted, and I now need to source 6 bottles from elsewhere (they all need to be the same). That was 3 days ago ...................... Still no reply. Very disappointed.
A week later, 1st Sept ......... so thought I would check again, but still no response, went to Website and found this message. Wish they had just cancelled my order completely.

Kiki Bear has now closed for business indefinitely.

Great price - delivered on time!
..... However, the product bought was the micky mouse phone - which is very disappointing. Was given as a gift hence the updated review. The phone only produces a few different ringing or buzzing noises - no micky narrative as product description suggests. The sound emmitted is so quiet too - hardly audible. Not very engaging. Not worth the retail price (or even the discounted price from this retailer) My advice would be to avoid this and find an alternative product.
P. S. The 5 stars are for the retailer - not the product!

My product had a manufacturing fault they could not replace it so have my money back no problem

I found this shop , very reasonable, compared to others selling the same thing, so ordered two things , fast delivery, but unfortunately one of the items arrived broken. No problem with refund, but was very disappointing as it was for a gift and didn’t have time to reorder.

Nice fast, easy purchase. Wooden baby rattles are perfect but the wooden activity frame doesn't quite fit together properly. It's a bit wobbly.

The packaging was a crumpled bag with a crumpled invoice and the bear 1/3 if the size it appeared to be.
