Horrible communication, she blocked me on instagram when I commented that she was dropping another release and my items had still not shipped …. When they finally did get back to me via email and shipped my items it was very poor quality for how expensive the items are, the stitching makes no sense for the type of fabric it for sureeeee is 100 percent polyester and not cotton like stated on the site!

I ordered a bikini set, a medium for the top and a large for the bottom. I am 5’8 and 140 pounds for reference and the entire bikini fit like an extra small. I followed the sizing chart so not sure what’s up with that. I tried reaching out to customer service and they were incredibly slow to respond, and said I could do an exchange but no refund and it’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t received any tracking info with my new order even though I shipped the old order back. If you aren’t stick thin this isn’t the clothing brand for you.

I ordered and paid for a dress and 4 weeks later still no dress or response after 2 emails sent requesting a response. Nothing. Scam !! Do not buy from this site!!

What made me suspect,that I received immediately a confirmation about my order, but that I didn’t hear anything from them for more than 4 weeks about the whereabouts of my order nor a sending number……
After I contacted Kiki lightenings, they responded friendly, that everything takes more time, than expected, and that everything with my order is in process….
In my last notification, I found out, that these lamps come from china!!
I always try to avoid anything produced in china, so I would really appreciate, if there would be a law, regarding internet products, that shows which origin the product has, to be better informed!!!!
