We’re sorry to hear about this issue. It’s possible that the products are restricted in your country. If they are, why place an order knowing they’re prohibited? Unfortunately, we cannot monitor regulations worldwide in real-time. We disable shipping to countries where we are certain the product is not allowed. When placing an order, customers agree to our terms, which clearly state that it is their responsibility to check and ensure that the product is permitted in their country.

There was a problem with the delivery company but luckily killapods.eu was easy to contact and efficient. I was worried i wouldn’t get my package and lose money but i ended up receiving it after contacting killapods. I definitely recommend

Purchase was held up in customs for not having right documentation for tobacco import? Was told it was returned to origin and have yet to see a refund. Otherwise an excellent service, good products.. just seems I slipped through the Crack on this one.
