If there is a problom with the bot shop then its best you fix it or people are wasting there money and its your job to fix it

Couldn't recommend this bot any more tbh!!! It's easy to use! The support discord has a great community and so much information and tutorials to help with set up!
Admins and owners are fast at responding to tickets and even give screenshots with arrows pointing to what you need to press.
Best bot for a newbie just starting out a server with no experience! Within a week I have everything I need set up. Killfeed, global shop ect!!

The owner isn't helpful and he will ignore your ticket sometimes. The bot cleaned out a file it used for the online shop. i hadnt touched that file for a month and suddenly it was erased within and ended up being a blank file. only explanation was the bot as it had used it last. Creator flat out ignored my ticket. plus recently when concerned about alarm related stuff he brushed the ticket off. it doesn't post placements and deaths and flags being hoisted or taken down like it used to. my members bring this issues up to me. i try to figure it out. if i cant, then i go to the bot devs. he doesn't care or doesn't want to except he has issues.

bought a fortnite monthly key from this site. Was able to use it once in the loader but then the next day it doesnt work anymore. Also bought a fortnite orbital key and there is no loader for it besides valorant. Tried going to discord but it is invalid. Guys, if u want a fortnite cheat go to veterancheats. Not this one and YW.

Good bot until you have to interact with some of the staff running the bot. They are horrible and won't help you

Its a good bot but the team are awful they will remove your subscription and keep your money for the Simplest things also they try to stay logged into your nitrado account stay away.

This thing is the worst ever don’t even try it, is so crap it made my dog sick, the owners are pure trash will cruse you out if you leave them. Overall is just pure crap in a nice way

The bot itself works fine, very detailed.
But the developer bans literally for no reason, leaving you to have to set everything again with another bot, server uncovered till you do so, and all the players that linked, earned credits and had stats to have all that wiped.
On top of that, he'll shame the people he bans on a dedicated channel.
Don't you dare ping him, that's enough for his "ToS" to remove you, even if his actions caused issues that go beyond a possible refund.

If you get banned from him, remember to remove the bot authorization from the Nitrado portal because while he bans people like flies, he does not remove his access from your Nitrado page.

Was going well until they banned me from there services for no reason at all and actually put it in there TOS that they can ban you for any reason without any warning or acknowledgment, was a cool bot until then, screw them tbh, offers a payed service but cant even keep there website up to date, the main dashboards been under construction for over a month
