Amazing friendly staff, all very knowledgable and happy to help , really happy with all the info we was given and advice along the way, hand over was smooth transaction and we were kept informed and upto date every step of the way

Easy hand over
Very informative We were taken through all the kit and were shown how to use everything. There were a couple of small issues but these were sorted straight away. Easy handover.

I purchased a motorhome in November…
I purchased a motorhome in November 2023 it had a known fault with water level sensors which they agreed to rectify post sale! After lots of promising, lies and incompetence they eventually resolved the problem in May 2026 yes May 2026.

Sales man was great let us look around let come to him with questions which he knew the answers to about the van wasn’t pushing for a sale was a pleasure to deal with as was the guy who did the hand over very helpful and honest and explained everything we needed to know

Great experience buying my caravan
Great experience buying my caravan. Given time to browse and experience each caravan for sale. Non pushy sales and shop team. Handover at collection great too! Would recommend the team at Kimberley Darlington.

Caravan purchase
Having decided we needed to update our caravan, we went to Kimberly as they are our local dealership with a good reputation.
The salesman Richard was extremely friendly, helpful and professional, making the purchase easy and stress free.
On the day of the handover, we were met by Paul, who, again, was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. He gave us a tour of the new caravan, giving us an in-depth tutorial on how everything worked and the do's and don'ts on the systems.
All in all, a pleasant, stress free experience from start to finish.

Dealer fit accessories missing!
Dealer fit accessories missing at handover, despite been ordered at the same time as Campervan and them having over 2 months to acquire and fit prior to our collection date. We then had to return (and collect) the vehicle at our cost for fuel and time, and were without it for nearly a week. We also asked for a couple of issues we noticed to be investigated and repaired if possible while it was back at the dealer, that was only partly done even though we were assured all reported issues had been resolved.
