All the staff were friendly & helpful both during and after the sales process. I would definitely recommend buying from them. The whole team were great.

Having bought a new caravan from Kimberley (5 years ago) I have to say the service I have had has been poor from the day I signed on the bottom line. Even getting the formal sales paperwork was a nightmare ! I was constantly having to battle to get warranty work undertaken, incorrect warranty work undertaken, van taken to them to find the wrong parts ordered, inability to follow instructions. Some of the issues have been exacerbated by Coachman but I expect a dealer to be more supportive and not just leave it to the customer to do battle with them over obvious warranty claims.

Having just seen the reply, I look forward to the discussion. My last visit where a new style door should have been remedied to remove the gap i discovered a second hand old style door (evidenced by the square dent) and poorly installed seal had been fitted. To add insult to injury the new style door which I had asked to be retained, i later discovered had been damaged in the process.

Jason in shop was so help with me and my cousin. We came in looking for a KitchenBox as we wanted to see it fold down in person, although Jason said that he hadn't done this before he managed to show us with no problems at all. Will definitely be going up to this place again to look around and hopefully next time spend some money.

What fantastic friendly service. Made the process of purchasing a caravan an easy trouble free experience. Matt was a star, professional, friendly and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble. Making the handover a smooth process.

Where do i start?

Our 2017 Compass Kensington 866 has had issues since first purchased from Kimberley Caravans Nottingham. It underwent substantial damp repairs from 2022 that took 18 months to sort.

Imagine our horror when we were told the caravan again needs extensive damp repairs in 2025.

Kimberley have had our van since August 2025 and not once have they contacted us with an update.

I'm still waiting for a response to my latest call, it really is unbelievable.

Honestly , so far so good. I am so please with all the staff and how much effort they put in to showing you all around the vans and how everything works. I am new to caravanning . I have just brought my new swift Xplore from them, 4 birth. From start to finish, the staff are excellent. The staff in the shop also help me find all that i needed for my van . I also brought a new awning !. On delivery the remote control for the motor mover packed inn, but they sorted it out straight away and taken the van back .
Honestly, so far they have been straight on the ball with everything !. Thank you kimberly caravans

We will give you a 5 star rating pending the work that was carried out being successful, which we won't know until our next trip out in the caravan. That said we would like to mention Amy who it has to be said was very helpful & in our opinion went above & beyond any customer service that we have received from any business we have had dealings with of late. Shout out to Amy

We traded in our first Swift caravan for a new one, what a great experience. Kimberley were fantastic from sales to handover and demo, to after sales. We would not hesitate to recommend the team at Nottingham. Thanks Kimberley!

Mathew came in on his day off to do the handover due to my work commitments and his attention to detail was excellent.

Absolutely enjoyed my experience with Kimberley Caravans at Nottingham. Very professional and experienced staff. Richard was a pleasure to deal with. From start to finish my needs were taken into account and the takeover of the caravan was done to perfection. Definitely recommend 👌

The team were great, keeping me informed of progress on the warranty repair with Coachman, arranged everything to suit and kept chasing for progress.

Very professional staff and fitters found out what the faults were and rectified them really happy

Just want to say how welcoming the sales team, particularly Matt, who I was dealing with. He was very friendly, open to questions and very knowledgeable particularly about the Lusso models as well as the whole range that Coachman produce. I certainly don't like 'pushy' sales people and it was reassuring, to just sit and chat. Although my circumstances meant that I unfortunately didn't get to buy the caravan, I would certainly recommend anyone in the market for a caravan, to visit this dealership on the outskirts of Nottingham.

Booked to see a caravan that was advertised on their website. We were shown around the caravan, we were not rushed to look or to make a decision.
Sales person (mat) was very friendly and relaxed. Made us feel welcome from start to finish.
On the safety inspection it was discovered that there was a few faults with the caravan. Mat assured me that these would be rectified before he could hand over the caravan. We arranged a day for collection. This then had to be changed as the parts for the caravan were taking longer than expected.
The day finally came to pick up our caravan. We were shown how to use all the appliances and that they all worked on electric, gas and battery. Heating system was explained. We were shown the water system working and that the water was nice and hot. Caravan was sold with a working smoke detector and carbon detector. Assistance was given to hitch up and check lights.
No issues with this company at all.

We brought a bad model
Not Kimberley fault but they took it on the chin for the manufacturers and we then bought a vehicle 45% more expensive..,
They worked wonders to ensure our second order was perfect
Proper customer care... no bull
Just listened to their customer and helped solve the issues with the least fuss.,,

We were looking for a new caravan for a while and found a couple that matched our specs on the website.

We went for a look in person and spoke to Matt who talked us through the features of each caravan and was very helpful from start to finish.

We made our decision that day and made the purchase. Going through the process of buying was really simple and we returned a couple of weeks later to pick up the van.

On pick up day, a couple of issues were found. Matt handled this professionally and rather than let the caravan go that day, he sent it back into the workshop to fix the issues and delivered the caravan later that week so we weren’t out of pocket. They even fitted our battery and gas for us as part of this.

We hope to have many happy years with our new caravan, but when we decide to trade in for a new caravan we’ll definitely be back to Kimberley Caravans!

Matt was the guy we dealt with he was great and conducted him self very professional in is work .Was everything you expected from a good sales man did not push us to have a deal could not wish for a more helpful person to deal with the rest of the kimberley team were very helpful the handover was very detailed and thorough would recommend matt and the kimberley team 👍

Very helpful staff in the caravan sales and in the shop. The sales team listened to what we wanted and showed us the different options they had instead of walking round all the vans. I would definitely recommend a visit
