Purchase and handover process.
Starting with the actual sale by Jason and his team through to the handover undertaken by Richard. Extremely professional and a truly relaxed expeience.Richard was brilliant and explained all aspects of the caravan in detail to my wife who was totally happy with the process. Hugh thanks to Kimberley for delivering all aspects on time in a caring manner. - Brilliant.

Kimberley Caravans from start to finish have been outstanding.
Great advice all the way through the journey of helping us buy our first ever caravan.
The team is completely transparent with every aspect if something is wrong and supportive with every decision you make.
Be all that said and done. Just a lovely bunch of people to boot. Big shout out to Darrell.

Kimberley caravans was absolutely…
Kimberley caravans was absolutely excellent from start to finish. They was no hassle at all and nothing was to much trouble for them . Highly recommend Darryl miller who was absolutely fantastic and a brilliant hand over as well . Will definitely recommend Kimberly caravan to people.

Sales team were very good
Sales team were very good, However was seriously disappointed on how much we were allowed for our old caravan.
We have a number of faults on our new caravan, finding it difficult to arrange for repairs.

Darrell was an excellent sales person
Darrell was an excellent sales person. He really knew alot about our caravan and made sure we knew how to engauge the mover properly.

Great buying experience
We recently purchased a new Swift caravan from Kimberley and part exchanged our old van in return.
We got a great price on the new one and a fair part ex price on our old van.
Richard (sales person) was very knowledgeable and guided us through the whole experience in a very relaxed(not pushy at all) manner from viewing all the way through to handover.
Would definitely recommend a visit to Kimberley if your looking at changing your van and we're looking forward to many trips away in our new one.

The customer service team at Nottingham showed how Good service should be done,
Kept me informed of progress on issues and more importantly kept the commitments they made to me.
The sales team have been honest and sincere from the start of the process and I cannot recommend this site highly enough.

New caravan…
From first stepping into Kimberley Caravans to driving off with my new caravan the service was 100% perfect.
Darell was great to get on with, dealing with the trade in and purchase was straight forward and I never felt under pressure.
Will be back in several years for another new one I’m sure.

We recently purchased a caravan from Kimberley’s. As first time buyers, we were very lucky to deal with a gentleman called Jason Ashley. Jason went above and beyond for us and left no stone unturned when showing us around the caravan and speaking to us about our options. Caravan upgrade
Thinking about changing our caravan,so went too Kimberley caravans,to have a look at different layouts,as I had seen one on there website, which was ok , spoke to Darrell who suggested we have a look at another, and newer van,which we both liked,so we decided to have it.
On the day of collection,the hand over was very good, showed us that very thing was working and how to set up the heating etc.
I would recommend buying from Kimberley caravans.
