Une véritable arnaque ! Tout semble parfait : beau site, belle photo, adresse à Paris, etc…mais les kimonos viennent de Chine et mettent un mois à arriver et ça ne ressemble en rien aux photos : un kimono qui ne vaut même pas 5 euros vu la qualité !
Une marque qui a su trouver pleins de faux avis pour gagner la confiance des acheteurs 🤮

Absolutely beautiful kimono. I’ve now ordered twice from this company and the customer service has been amazing — always quick to respond and they truly go above and beyond. Highly recommend.

My kimono wasn't quite right. I emailed customer services and Emma was amazing. Sending me specific options for an exchange - even down the the lengths of each one that I liked so I could find my perfect fit. Communication was quick and consistent! Thanks so much Emma!

The product bears no resemblance to the advertised items. The material, cut, style and pattern is completely different, very cheap poor quality products. Initially asked for a refund and was advised I would need to pay for return including customs. I have eventually been refunded following numerous contacts.

J'ai rencontré un souci de taille à la réception de ma commande, mais le service client a été absolument au top : réactif, professionnel et à l'écoute. Le litige a été pris en charge rapidement et résolu de façon satisfaisante. Le kimono est beau et léger parfait pour l'été — simplement, veillez à bien vérifier les mensurations avant de commander. Une expérience client vraiment positive, merci à l'équipe !

The customer service on my return was very considerate and helpful. The team provided great help to get me the correct size very quickly.

Do not buy from this company. They promised me a refund label a week ago and nothing.
I anticipate that they will then tell me that the refund is out of date.
I will review if I hear from them

Il est magnifique, motif fleuri fidèle au photos, je recommande les yeux fermés

After taking 2 weeks to arrive, my ‘long’ kimono arrived in a tightly packaged ball (I immediately had my reservations)
I unpacked the item and was extremely disappointed. The ‘long’ kimono reaches my knees. The sleeves reach my elbows and the subtle orange hues in the photograph are more like fluorescent orange. There are no belt loops and the belt looks like it’s been made from a piece of leftover fabric.
I’d return if I didn’t have to pay return costs to France!! Is this product worth £43?? It’s not even worth £20. AVOID

HONTEUX, les articles viennent de Chine ça met super longtemps à arriver et surtout ça ne correspond pas du tout à l’image, qualité horrible, une arnaque !!

Their photos suggests a hand dyed product - these are the cheapest of the cheap printed garments that should have a £5 price tag.
When it opens you can see the nasty white of the other side of the fabric . The colours are garish and not like their edited pics.

C'est seulement une fois la commande effectuée que je réalise avoir commandé en chine. 18 jours pr la livraison. J'ai reçu un kimono de très mauvaise qualité. J'ai même retrouvé leur modèle sirène sur shein à 16€, ils osent le vendre 59€ !! C'est de l'escroquerie et je pense que les avis positifs de trust pilot sont bidons.

I ordered a long dress on Feb 6 in a size medium, and received a very short size XL dress that shipped from China on March 12. It reeked of chemicals, and the tag said "Ao Zong Beautiful Mood" instead of "Kimonorie". They charged me $180 for this cheap piece of crap. Totally unacceptable.

I would absolutely leave a 5 however it was shipped missing an item. BUT! Kimonorie made it right by shipping a new item. they are beautiful and colors are spot on gorgeous. I will be ordering again for sure... and appreciate the customer service for what is human error...

I ordered my kimono and had to chase it up a couple of times, it finally arrived nearly 3 weeks late and I was SO disappointed with it ! Thank god I only ordered one as it was nothing like the pictures and was the cheapest, nastiest caravan type curtain from 1970 and to add insult to injury, the return policy is that you have to be accepted to return it, and low and behold there was no response to any emails requesting return instructions!! Do not use this company, it was almost laughable if it wasn’t such an expensive and annoying complete rip off !! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!

Le kimono reçu est de qualité médiocre, très loin de ce qui était présenté.
La politique de retour me semble particulièrement limite voire illégale (le service client fait traîner l’envoi de l’étiquette de retour, à ce jour je ne l'ai toujours pas reçu alors que j'ai demandé l'étiquette il y a plus de 15 jours). C’est regrettable, car cela ne reflète pas une démarche commerciale sérieuse.
Je ne recommande pas.
