Have withdrawn in the past no issues.
Now it’s been 10 days since requesting a withdrawal and it’s still “under review”.
Multiple contacts with live support and emails back and forward to be given the same generic answers of your funds are safe and we’re sorry it’s taking longer than normal, please be patient, finance department has been notified to make sure yours is top of the list.
I’ve now emailed with intent to charge back each deposit from my bank and raise it with the EU licensing authorities. 24 hours until further action is taken. Let’s see if they do anything now.
This is withholding funds. After 5-7 days it’s not on.

Dia 1 de setembro de 2025 , depositei 20€ e ganhei 1000€, fiz pedido de saque dos primeiros 500€ no dia 1 de setembro e até hoje ainda não recebi, fiz depois um 2 pedido de saque dos outros 500€ e ja passaram 5 dias e nada do segundo pagamento tambem. A desculpa é sempre a mesma, que estão com muitos pedidos de levantamento mas que me irão dar prioridade, que existem problemas técnicos etc .. . Realmente este Casino é terrível, nem sei se irei chegar a receber o meu dinheiro

I deposited $60 into this casino after googling to check for a reliable casino. Unfortunately, the 1st couple of reviews were ok, but I should have researched further! I won $1700 over 3 withdrawals. I was told I would have to wait 3 business days. After 6 days I started questioning them. I was given all the same lies by every customer support worker I messaged with. At one stage I was told my provider (my bank) had rejected their attempts to deposit my winnings. I quickly established with my bank that this was all lies. When I confronted them with this information they then changed their story stating that they had technical difficulties due to the high amount of payouts they were currently experiencing! They didn't even try to cover up that their previous reason for not paying me was a lie! I get all the same rubbish and excuses,.."rest assured your money is safe and will be paid asap", " we have escalated your payout and you are top priority" it's been escalated about 5 times now lol. Please do not use this casino or you will lose- even if you win, you will lose! They are a scam and I dont understand how they are still allowed to advertise and operate!

Definitely a scam been waiting more than 2 weeks for a withdrawal still not got it you ask live chat and they just give you the run around and lie definitely do not deposit money to this site as they will rip u off as well

Croyez moi , vous aurez mieux à faire avec votre argent.
Perso je les ai bloqué et ne leur donnerais plus 1€...

J’ai fait un retrait censé être payer de 1 à 3 jours maximum ils ne m’ont jamais payer j’ai contacté le service c’est des escrocs ils ne sont sérieux ne pas jouer sur ce site c’est une arnaque !!! J’ai tout essayé n’ayez aucun espoir d’être payé j’ai pris beaucoup de patience pour un résultat NUL !!!

I won more than 6 grand from a game from 30$ deposit with game bonus to start with, first 800$ payout was fast lightning and the rest just got received last night (2400$) after 3 weeks it don't matter now but most important part is i got paid out!

No support,no money back,always the same answer,fake names support..
