I asked a question about renewal and got a prompt and generous response that the renewal fee was waived to help me and my loved ones who are eager to complete their books. I appreciate it so much—thank you!

With Kindred Tales, I did something other than publish the story of someone’s life. I assembled 50+ love letters to my wife that her family and dearest friends wrote to her on a special occasion. I already had 99+ pages in a Word file.

So, I didn't use the Kindred Tales questions, just their chapter and cover templates.

My project was a stretch for Kindred Tales, especially their printing templates. But once I got the body of the text into their chapter template, and initially designed the cover of the book, I communicated daily over 5 days with a Kindred Tales staffer who was patient and willing to go beyond the everyday to make my unique project a reality. They were also willing to listen to constructive criticism from a guy who’s written several books.

I have not received the book yet, but am very happy with Kindred Tales service.

I will start with , I am 77 years old and have hardly any computer knowledge. That being said I did well talking my story, however the app had huge problems with my speech . I put a lot of words wrong. I went in and corrected them all. I also could not know how much room I had except it said 600 minutes. So my book turned out to be very short. I finally quit in frustration at myself. I tried to get family to help download pics and they being computer savvy couldn’t figure it out. Otherwise it’s not kindred takes fault but my own.

Kindred Tales made it so easy by having questions available, allowing questions to be added, and just like frosting on a cake, photos could be added as well.

I was suprised and pleased that I got an answer to my question so quickly and it solved my problem completely.
