Beautiful furniture at bargain prices. Very helpful seller!

I ordered a hall runner from Kingcade Furniture on 1 June 2023. After hearing nothing, I emailed them on 6 June 2023 to follow up on a tracking number. A reply stated that they would check with the warehouse and get back to me the next morning. A few days later I received a phone call telling me that my order had been held up because they had charged me the incorrect amount for shipping. I had paid $23.93 as stated on their online ordering system. Apparently the shipping should have been $120 which is completely outrageous. I was then advised that the problem had occurred due to an error at their end and they would arrange to get the runner sent to me the following week. After waiting another week, I followed up on my emails with them, only to find an email from Kingcade Furniture dated 9 June 2023 advising me that I had received a refund. They had not contacted me to advise that they would be cancelling my order, just processed a refund. I personally will never buy, or attempt to buy from this company ever again. Their customer service was completely unacceptable. I have since purchased the exact same runner from another company for a similar price with free postage and their service was impeccable.
