Up until now I have really enjoyed the site and payments have been next day. Everything spot on with no complaints.
I then won £400 and I just cannot get paid. Every day was told wait until tomorrow but payment never came and I still haven’t got it.
So then it changed to send bank statements in PDF. Bank statements sent and I’ve still not got it.
It doesn’t make sense that you would rather forfeit the amount of money I spend with you for £400. Not really good business sense is it. Now I’m being ignored on both support and email. Please don’t just quote your gambling rules at me as I have followed everything asked of me. PLEASE JUST PAY ME THE £400 I WON.

Monday 16th June -still not paid. A remittance advice IS NOT PROOF OF PAYMENT. Being ignore completely. I’m starting to wonder if they are in financial trouble because there is an awful lot of people on here who have not been paid. Will keep my comments updated on TrustPilot.
24 June. Still not received payment. Contacting them is a nightmare and when you eventually get through you just get a load of BS. I’m keeping going as it’s a matter of principle now.

Been using the site for a year now.withdrawals can take a couple of days and you can tell the site wants you to cancel your winnings as they give you a 24 hour period to cancel. Also be aware when you take out winnings there is a charge to this I think it’s about 5 percent. All in all you can trust this casino some good games what can pay big on small stakes.
