After reviewing your order, our records and carrier tracking confirm that both packages were successfully delivered. When you initially contacted us, you also shared that the item would be shipped internationally to the Philippines, which was later confirmed in your most recent communication.
At that time, our team advised that sending the product outside of the country would void the warranty, and we recommended ensuring that all components were present and functioning properly prior to forwarding the shipment.
Given these circumstances, and in accordance with our policy, we’re unfortunately unable to provide further assistance in this case.

I have multiple King of Christmas products!
I have multiple King of Christmas products and I think they are all high quality, well made and beautiful. I look forward to pulling them out each year. My first tree is still a favorite but I appreciate the improvements that KOC has continued to make in how the trees got together, light up and the ease of remotes with timers.

CYPRESS SPRUCE BEAUTIFUL TREE
Initially, when looking on KOC website I did not care for the Cypress Spruce based on their pics, but I stumbled upon several videos of it while looking at other KOC trees on YouTube and loved it. I am picky about lights so I wanted unlit. I ordered the Cypress spruce as a final sale right after this past Christmas I am beyond impressed with this tree. It is BEAUTIFUL! Very realistic looking and nice and full which is exactly what I was looking for. I am SO HAPPY with this tree! I set it up as soon as I received it just to make sure everything was good. Now I can't wait for Christmas 2026 to put it up and decorate.

Purchased 3 Flocked Trees
I’ve purchased three flocked trees from KOC and they are amazing! So much less messy than others I’ve had with great shape, easy to put together and great lights. The last one was on sale with an additional coupon that didn’t get applied but they promptly refunded me the difference when I brought it to their attention.

I have to share my honest experience with King of Christmas because WOW… this tree is next level. From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell the quality was on point; full, fluffy branches, beautiful shape, and that luxurious “magazine holiday home” look we all love. ✨🎄
Setup was super easy, and once I fluffed it, the tree basically styled itself. It instantly transformed my space and made it feel so cozy and magical. I’m genuinely obsessed!
And I have to give them credit; their customer service was AMAZING. Quick responses, super helpful, and just overall so easy to work with. Truly a 10/10 experience.

Quick fix!
Received new tree and the “C” section did not work. Sent email and trouble shot all options. They sent out a new tree the next day!! Great customer service.

Exceptional product and service
I partnered with KOC for three years running. This year, I was unable yo make that commitment. That was of no consequence as their customer service team has been phenomenal all the while. I had a small issue with losing the remote this year and even then they handled my request with all the professionalism I could have hoped for. To say nothing of how spectacular their products are and how they look just as amazing today as the first day I opened the first box three years ago. Highly recommend.
