It's becoming harder to find truly reliable service these days, but Arno at King of Watts is the real deal. He was super responsive and incredibly helpful while I was sourcing high-end parts. I’m beyond happy with the Lightweight wheels and the Campy groupset—everything arrived as promised. This is definitely my new go-to for my cycling hobby. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Arno and King of Watts. I was searching for a specific Colnago frame and a set of Scope wheels—items that are notoriously difficult to source right now. Not only did they have the stock when no one else did, but the level of technical knowledge was second to none.

Arno and I connected in a Colnago dedicated facebook group, and where all other sellers in EU and the US could not get me the black and blue Colnago Y1Rs frame in size M, Arno had it for me in a week or so. And even got the right handlebar, despite it not being available for sale anywhere. I got cheap-ish power meter pedals, I got a lot of minor extra stuff. I just got a lot more than I could dream about at a competitive price.

It all seemed a bit too good to be true, but nope, no scam, just an incredibly passionate and friendly Belgian person going through fire and ice to get me my dream bike before training camp and start of season.

I still feel like I am dreaming and I seriously want to ride the Ronde Fondo so I can also stop by the King of the Watts store in Antwerp, give Arno a thankful hug, show him my bike and have a coffee with him.

Only bad thing is, that he's team MvdP, but I won't hold that against him.

I got in touch with this shop based on an instagram post I seen and I commented on the post with a question. The owner contacted me directly and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and helped me get an order started with exactly what I needed. I’m knowledgeable myself but I got great up to date information and super fast shipping and delivery. Incredible service and I’d highly recommend them for anyone’s cycling needs from Carbon cranks to the best Carbon bike brands in the world. Absolutely excellent.

Recent was ik op zoek naar een nieuwe aero racefiets, en had me er al bij neergelegd dat ik voor een bepaalde datum men ultieme droomfiets niet snel zou vinden, tot ik door een vriend naar King Of The Watts verwezen werd, Arno heeft me super snel, en correct verder geholpen. En door de tijdsdruk was het zelfs mogelijk om hem ‘s avonds laat op een feestdag af te halen.

I was looking over a month for a THM clavicula crankset in 165mm and the lead production time was over 8 weeks. Then I found King of the Watts online store who not only had it in stock but also in the best price on the market. I send Arno a message because this was a hard to believe offer but Arno answered immediately and make me fill safe as he sent me a detailed video with the exact product he had in stock. All the process was smooth and I had the crankset in less than a week!

I bought a set of CARBON TI chainrings at King Of The Watts this week. King Of The Watts is certainly one of the Kings when it comes to customer friendliness, service and speed in delivering my CARBON TI chainrings. This Italian product was not even available in Italy as quickly as at Arno Matheyssen, Owner King Of The Watts CommV. A really super pleasant experience with this company.

Incredible buying experience, and just as important - the post purchase support was equally as good. Arno (the owner) and the King of the Watts team were fantastic with the purchase of a 'dream bike' build. While things didn't go exactly as planned due to a manufacturer packaging mistake - Arno sprang into action. He personally called me as soon as he got my message with an apology and next steps.

Having purchased many bikes and frames numerous online retailers over the years, I can say without hesitation - that Arno/King of the Watts has been the most thorough and supportive.
