I recently finished 6 months coaching with Michael, the whole experience was smooth from the start. Setting the goals and working towards them step by step. We cleaned up a lot of my technical mistakes and through that I learned to analyse myself a whole lot better. To keep it short and sweet, everything is well thought through from the onboarding to the programming and feedback. I would highly recommend KOW coaching to anyone!

I just finished a 6-months course. Even tough i trained for years before I learned so much and finally got a solid foundation. The coach Lois is incredibly competent and very eager to help you out in any way. You instantly notice the amount of experiance he has as well as his passion for the sport. He will really push you to improve.

Ich habe bereits seit knapp 10J Calisthenics gemacht, nachdem ich aber zunehmend stagniert bin und auch ein wenig die Motivation und Zuversicht verloren habe, habe ich mich fÌr das Coaching von Micha entschieden. In den 6 Monaten mit Micha habe ich wieder meine Motivation und Zuversicht fÌrs Training finden können und feier das Trainingsprogram sehr, viel geiler als das was ich vorher hatte!

Best joice I have made
Getting coached by Lois was a great experience. He knew always what to do when I had pain.
Before I started the coaching, I had pain in elbow for more than a year. Lois made it go away in about a month. Quickly I was able to train painfree again and achieve way better results than I had before (i.g. HSPU).

12 month review
I have just finished up my 2nd 6 month block with KOW . I came to Michael as i knew he was one of the best in the world at weighted calisthenics and skills. What i ended up getting was an incredible mentor who has a hollistic and personalised approach to training. Michael has been exceptional in guiding my training to develop my planche and front lever ability. Having trained my whole life I thought I had always done movents like pull-ups correctly but Michael was able to refine my understanding and technique to make me more efficient and recruit the correct muscles.
The constant updates and video sessions each week were absolutely invaluable to make sure I understood the program specifics or technical breakdown of movements. Ultimately KOW has made me a smarter, stronger and technically better calisthenics athlete. Thanks Michael and Lois.

I've just completed a 3-month training program with KOW, aiming for the 90° Handstand Push-Up (HSPU) and Front Lever. Michael and the KOW team provided fantastic coaching and customer service throughout. The programming was dynamic, progressively challenging, and effectively addressed my weaknesses. By the end of the three months, I experienced significant improvement in my Front Lever, achieved more reps in my HSPU, and successfully executed my first 90° HSPU! If you've hit a plateau with bodyweight training, I highly recommend this coaching. In just three months, I've seen more progress than I did in an entire year of solo training. Thanks Michael!

Ich habe Micha und das Team von King Of Weighted mittlerweile seit einem Jahr an meiner Seite und es war eine der besten Entscheidungen in meiner Trainingsjourney ÃŒberhaupt.
Bevor der Zusammenarbeit war ich besonders im Pull Bereich schon auf einem fortgeschrittenem Level, konnte zum Beispiel schon einen One Arm Pull Up durchfÃŒhren. Mein Problem war aber, dass ich es zwei Jahre lang nicht geschafft habe, diese Rep auf zwei oder mehr zu steigern.
Ab einem gewissen Level bin ich mit meinem selbst erarbeiteten Programming nicht mehr weitergekommen und meine Schultern haben durch die hohen Belastungen auch angefangen zu schmerzen.
Ziel am Anfang des Coachings war es auf der einen Seite Kraftziele wie mehrere Reps beim OAP zu erreichen und die AusfÃŒhrung der Ãbungen zu verbessern um die Schmerzen mit der Zeit zu eliminieren. Beide dieser Ziele haben wir erreicht.
Mittlerweile arbeiten wir mehr als ein Jahr zusammen und haben nicht nur meine RÃŒckenkraft sondern auch Brust, Schulter, Beinmuskulatur und Kraft deutlich gesteigert. Es ist schon krass, wie viel schneller du im Vergleich zu anderen im Gym Progress machst, wenn dein Programming on point ist. Und nein, was Micha an Wissen in dem Bereich hat, kannst du dir nicht durch ein paar YouTube Videos selbst beibringen.

I started training with kow at the beginning of this year. I wanted guidance in the performance of chin ups, dips and squats, among other exercises. I'm glad I chose Kow. Amazing experience with KOW
Lois was able to help me through a journey of recovery from 2 ernieted discs. Initially I could not do 1 single bar squat and I was constantly in pain in my lower back. Through a tailored rehab program and through rigourous technique technique teaching I built back the confidence to squat and do any other exercose without feeling pain and improve constantly without plateaus unlike I did in the past. Over 1 year period I could see a major change in the way I train and in the results, for good! Danke!

Achieve Remarkable Results with Exceptional Coaching
I am almost 30 years old, and prior to the coaching, I had been training for years with minimal progress in my strength. However, since I started training with Michael 5 months ago, I have experienced significant improvements across various exercises. Not only have my dips and pull-ups improved, but I have also seen progress in muscle-ups, bench press, and squats. The most exciting part is that I haven't encountered any plateaus yet, and my progress continues to be rapid on a weekly basis.
I highly recommend the coaching with Michael, especially if you are experiencing plateaus or joint pain. Training under his guidance has made a notable difference for me, and I believe it can do the same for others in similar situations.
Great experience - from onboarding till the end
Just finished my 6 month coaching with King of Weighted and it was an amazing experience.
The workout was customized to me and my needs. I started with some light pain in my knee and a small scapula winging, therefore Lois gave me some rehab excercises and they have worked wonders.
Besides this, the feedback was very detailed and I learned a lot about the right technice, programming my own workout and of coursed gained a lot of strength and muscle mass ;)
