I strongly advise against Kingpay and the Card Compact company. My experience with them is completely unreliable and borderline dishonest. They literally stole 30 euros from me.
For three years, I kept asking where my prepaid card had gone, and it never arrived. For three years, their customer service continued to respond superficially, simply saying it was "on its way."
The most absurd and shameful thing came at the end: after three years of waiting, they brazenly claimed I had never notified them of the failed delivery! Luckily, I had all the screenshots of previous chats and emails. I sent them all, making them look terrible and proving their lies.
On top of that, they rely on other connected platforms through which they even attempted to scam me. The customer service is terrible to say the least: they have no expertise whatsoever, they don't know how to work, and they are unable to solve even the most basic and simple problems.
A total wall of silence and three years of being taken for a ride. Terrible service, don't activate this card!
