Thank you for your feedback. After reviewing the situation, we want to clarify that your review contains untrue statements and itâs not based on the facts. First of all, your booking was never finalized, as the booking form was not completed on your end. No booking confirmation was sent to you, so just to make it clear: the claim that you booked the car with us is incorrect and misleading!
Hereâs a detailed timeline of the communication:
- On 20th September 2024, at 11:45h we received your inquiry for a Ferrari Rental in Milan from 27.09 to 29.09. We sent our offer at 16:11h. After negotiation, we agreed to provide 200 km for free and meet your requested price. At 17:50h the same day, we asked for your flight details, but you said you would let us know and there were no further responses that day.
- On 21st September, we reached out at 17:17h to confirm if you would like to proceed. You mentioned needing to check flights, and upon confirmation at your end we sent you a booking link at 21:53h the same day. No response followed.
- On 22nd September, you requested photos of the car at 11:20h, which we sent promptly at 11:51h. At 19:19h (sunday), you informed us that your plans had changed, and you now needed the car for 1.5 days.
- On 23rd September, you followed up at 9:10h, and by 9:40h, we informed you that the new price would be slightly higher due to the change in duration. We sent the revised offer at 10:32h and the booking link at 13:33h. After not receiving a response, we followed up at 14:30h explaing that we have other requests for the vehicle, and while you confirmed receipt of the link, you didnât fill out the form.
- At 17:03h, we informed you that the car had been booked by another client. However we offered an upgrade to another vehicle. You replied at 17:04h, asking us not to contact you further.
We would also like to clarify that while we are available 24/7, during the night we only respond to emergencies. In this case, it was always us waiting for you to finalize the booking! The only time we didnât respond immediately was Sunday evening, when we replied the next morning.
We are very sorry to receive this type of feedbacks. The facts are documented and have been explained here in the most objective possible way.
Itâs quite obvious that a booking is confirmed when the client sends it back signed, not when we send out the booking formâŠ.
I really hope this clarifies that it is not accurate to state that you booked the car, nor that we did not respond promptly. We always strive to communicate in a timely and professional manner, nevertheless we are sorry that you feel disappointed by our service.
