Kingsbridge was by far the simplest and most transparent insurer to work with in getting business insurance set up. They offered good value, excellent customer service, and business cover where other insurers weren’t willing.

Sasha in particular was immensely helpful in explaining terms which were new to me as a newly operating Ltd business. She was also very proactive and always easy to reach either on the phone or by email and was a great help in getting my payment set up and the contract confirmed quickly, which made the whole buying process really straightforward and stress-free.

The agent Paula I spoke to was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all my questions. They didn't push me into buying anything and made sure I understood all the terms. Very trustworthy service. This company offered the best coverage at a very competitive price. Definitely worth switching tothem.

I spoke to Sanjaye from Kingsbridge, who was very professional and helped me set up business insurance very quickly. The initial quote was a bit on the higher side, but Sanjaye quickly looked into what he could do and came up with the best price, which is almost equal to the other providers in the market.
