I booked this property for a girls…
I booked this property for a girls weekend in London all went smoothly. We even had a really cool app that was personalised to our interests which we found quite interesting and gave us some really good recommendations. The owners gave us free late checkout which was also really helpful too. We will be back for our annual girls trip to London next year thanks Maeve !

A very good experience with this company. I’ve stayed in three of their properties across the UK and have been pleased each time. We would happily return.
Absolutely shocking service
This company has demonstrated a serious failure in contractual responsibility and customer care. I booked a four‑week Airbnb stay for £3,440, and the booking was cancelled on the day of check‑in. An alternative property was offered “at no extra cost,” but upon arrival it was uninhabitable — cold, dirty, structurally deteriorating, and clearly not fit for occupation. I hold photographic and video evidence confirming this.
My team remained on-site for approximately six hours before leaving due to the unsafe and unacceptable conditions. Following this, Maeve confirmed in writing that a full refund would be issued and that no additional charges would be applied. I was repeatedly informed that the refund had been processed, which was later proven to be untrue.
After multiple attempts to obtain an update, communication was ignored. I then received a dismissive email from Fernando, who disregarded the written evidence provided and incorrectly stated that the refund had already been issued. Another week passed with no refund. Only then did Fernando admit they were not refunding the full amount and instead offered £3,100, leaving £340 outstanding for a stay that was never provided. I accepted this under protest, as no alternative resolution was offered.
Fernando also requested written confirmation that I would remove my review once the refund was processed. I consider this an inappropriate and unacceptable request.
To summarise:
The company cancelled a confirmed booking on the day of arrival.
The replacement accommodation was not legally or practically suitable for occupation.
A full refund was promised in writing and repeatedly claimed to have been processed when it had not.
Communication was ignored for extended periods.
The company ultimately refused to refund the full amount owed.
An attempt was made to influence the removal of a review in exchange for refund processing.
This represents a clear failure to provide contracted services, a failure to act in good faith, and a disregard for basic consumer rights.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for accommodation or customer service.
Double booked
There was another family that greeted us at our booked and paid for house on our arrival!
After a 5 hour drive with 3 children (2 are my foster kids which need to have pre arranged holiday forms with details on accommodation giving bedroom/sleeping arrangements, that have to be signed off for by local authorities for permission to go on holiday) and £190 worth of food for our stay which all fridge and freezer products had to be thrown as spoiled to find we were left out in the street! Maive the manager eventually rang me, apologetic and agreeing I needed to be compensated, but saying she was contacting Booking.com first about refund which would take days to be returned to account, she suggested another property at a similar price and I had no choice but to agree and asked her to proceed. She said it was for me to book and pay for it… but I didn’t have funds to do so, she said to take out a Klarna loan!!! Why was this for me to do?? I didn’t book another property and borrowed money to stay in a Travel Lodge for that night to be able to attend arranged Lego visit with kids the next day, then left. Maive won’t answer phone or return messages, absolutely awful and will be taking legal action!
Lovely stay in Amersham
Lovely stay in Amersham! Clean, spacious house with parking for 2/3 cars. Only about 35 minutes to Central London, and we saved £150 on our two-night stay by emailing the company directly. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay super clean
Fantastic stay super clean, plenty of space, and just minutes from Langley station. Only 10minutes from Heathrow by car, and we even got free early check-in. Saved £130 by booking direct, which was a great bonus!

This Langley spot was perfect for our group well-stocked kitchen for feeding eight of us! and only a 3min walk to Langley Station. driveway and free parking just around the corner, it was a total win-win. Great value and super quick to book over WhatsApp. Thanks Maeve!

Great accommodation in a quiet area, around half an hour to London by train. Ideal if you want space and calm but still need quick access to the city. We booked via WhatsApp and surprisingly saved £150 compared to the platforms. Clean, comfortable, and plenty of parking. Would stay again.

Highly recommend this property
We booked through the company to be close to Winter Wonderland and stayed in a place in Langley as a group of three. The house had three bathrooms which was perfect for us girls getting ready. Everything was clean and as shown, and it worked out cheaper than booking through Airbnb. Good value all round and would stay again.

This is my 3rd time now staying with this accommodation company never had any issues. The team reply back very quick if you need something extra, and this time they even gave us a free late checkout because it was our third stay. That was a nice touch. We will be back again, thanks.
