They didn't have my size in one item, but were straight on to me about it offering an alternative...customer service is top notch, and the staff are so very pleasent and accommodating.

Wrong size T-shirts.
I purchased wrong size T-shirts for my son. I filled in the return slip which I found very helpful and requested to change to larger sizes. I received the T-shirts with a few days very efficient.Thank you , Kind Regards, Marian Scanlon.

It was easy to find the exact product I needed, ie black size 14 shoes for my son. He needed black shoes of that size for school. I couldn't get them elsewhere.
