Great work, Very nice Customer support always simple and efficient. Helped me find all the solutions to different problems. The ring is also absolutley stunning and exeeds all expectations.

Shaheed and his team did an absolutely phenomenal job in helping bring my vision for an engagement ring to life. He communicated effectively, was attentive to my ideas, and overall was an absolute pleasure to work with from a customer standpoint. My now fiancée is head over heels in love with the quality of her ring and the attention to even the smallest details that make it unique. Couldn’t be happier with our experience with Shaheed. Apart from receiving the most flawless piece, we felt 100% taken care of in every way. We live in Spain and he was so responsive and hopped on a call with us to explain the entire process of working with them. He showed us the workshop over the call and answered every question we had. A few months after receiving the ring we happened to be in London and needed a resize and he was so great about it. Resize and polish was done within the hour and we were also lucky enough to meet him and his crew in person. 100% recommend.

Shaheed was absolutely fantastic to work with. He is a master craftsman and everything turned out perfect and on time. Shaheed sourced a natural 5 carat diamond and I was very nervous initially buying something so expensive and needing it delivered oversees. But Shaheed made the process very easy from design to production to payment and to shipping. Would highly recommend.

Not long after, we traveled to London to visit his workshop, and from the very first meeting, we knew he was the jeweler we had been searching for. He immediately understood my vision and guided us through every step of the process with patience and expertise. He made me feel completely confident and at ease.
