The oil arrived around a week ago and I’m really impressed with it. It has improved the texture of my skin. When I wear it at night, I wake up without any inflammation on my face as this was something I would always suffer from before.

Unlike others, I did receive confirmation for my order. I received tracking details, however my order has been lost in the post. I understand that this is not Kishkin’s fault, however I have tried contacting multiple times via their online form and Instagram and have received no response despite waiting enough time for one. I have escalated it to the bank.

Claimed as a miracle cure for acne. Made my skin super dry and im naturally oily. Tightened up my skin like a sunburn and i now have mini red bumps everywhere and so much texture. Do not buy it does not help with acne!!!!!!! It makes it 10x worse

Terrible, item did not arrive despite multiple attempts. No tracking was provided but they were happy to take my money. No order confirmation after ordered either, SCAM

I wanted to support Karishma new business as I really liked watching her on the apprentice but it’s sad to say and after reading all the reviews on her that I have also been SCAMMED! Payment taken over week ago. No confirmation email. I have contacted them via website and on all their socials. I haven’t had no response. I will now be raising a dispute with my bank, please avoid ordering from Them at all costs. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Avoid at all costs. This was my first purchase (probably the last) I ordered an oil for £24.99 , however I received an incorrect item and was charged £34.99. I have emailed enough times regarding this matter, gave them enough time to respond, but it has been over a month now and I have had no responses to any of my emails. It’s very, very sad and disappointing that a customers voice has been ignored about an error that they have made. But it’s been ok to remove my review off their site about their customer service. I have never experienced a customer service like this who doesn’t contact you back, it’s not been nice when I was looking forward to trying the product. Charged extra too, it’s not ok to do this.

Purchased 2 bottles for my skin condition, did not help what so ever, expensive and smells of mustard oil, Rose Hip oil doesn’t have any medical evidence that it cures skin issues.. disappointing with the level of appalling lack of communication when mentioned it didn’t work.. stay away!

Bought the rose hip to the rescue and instead of a fresh smell of rosehips it was like cheap cooking oil. Left feedback on Facebook with no reply and others had no reply either to their queries. You can verify my Facebook feedback and if you look at other entries on the days after mine on the 18th April 2026 you can see other negative comments regarding communication from the company. If you're going to sell relatively expensive products then the customer expects the level of customer service to go along with that. It's not about 2 minutes of fame.

I bought this oil after seeing it on The Apprentice. I am a 65 year old woman and have been suffering with spots on my nose. Not sure if it is rosacea or menopausal acne but I have been unable to clear the problem and thought I would give it a go. I thought the oil very expensive but believe me it’s been worth every Penny. After only two days my nose is clear and skin feels wonderful.

Order made easily and confirmation received.
Really looking forward to trying the products.

ignore the fake reviews. Cancelling an order within 24 hours because it took too long to aririve? Claiming to have ordered hair oil? a product kishkin doesnt even sell? Try it for yourself and dont knock a genuine and engaging businesswoman.

Excellent product 100% recommend. My skin has never been better. I will be buying this again. No product has worked for me and I've used 20+ products. It feels and smells so good and natural.

I am so shocked and appalled by the poor service and contact. I placed an order for the oil and cancelled within 24 hours as it was too expensive and too long to arrive. No email confirming order and no tracking and then when someone eventually replied asking me to send details which I sent . Emailed saying we asking for details and that my order will be sent. All this when I’ve cancelled order and they have taken my money, I will raise dispute with bank. So shocking as I like karishma and on such a big platform this type of service has left me feeling angered and concerned. No contact number and no one contacting us. Feels like a scam website and being misold,

I ordered the 50ml hair oil from here and when i tried to pay an error message popped up saying there was an error processing the payment. I tried again using another card which then went through, but after checking my mobile banking, the first payment also went through. I tried contactacting the website about this so I could get a refund on the second order but an error message consistently pops up. I've instagram DM'd the page multiple times but have not received a response after 7 days despite them stating a wait time of 48 hours, and I've emailed the Company but have received no response! I've just received the confirmation that both products are now on the way to me. This is very poor service from the brand, which I did not expect given Karishma presents herself so well on the Apprentice. I now have to try and issue a chargeback through my credit card Company due to the no response.

Order confirmed and payment taken 5 days ago. No further contact received. No response to email, tracking system not working, contact system says unavailable. Really poor !
