I ordered a Jellycat. There was an issue with the order however once I notified the store they were quick to find it and rectified it straight away. They sent the order the same day special delivery and added some stickers. Very good service and I will definitely be ordering again. Very happy. Thank you :)

Absolutely love this shop! It has such a beautiful selection of gifts, including some of my favourite brands like Jellycat, Maileg, Uno de 50, and Katie Loxton. There's always something special to discover, whether you're shopping for someone else or treating yourself.
The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making every visit a pleasure. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and the customer service is outstanding. I couldn't recommend this lovely local shop more highly!

Ordered some nomination charms as I had the bracelet for my birthday. Asked if they would show me how to change the links, they very kindly not only showed me but did each one, took out some links to make it fit snug, so polite and excellent customer service will definitely be going back! Amazing little shop and staff

Gorgeous range of products. This is my go to place for gifts. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Recently used the online shopping option to order a newly released Jellycat, item was delivered swiftly and well packaged.

Awesome customer service, really helpful shop staff and excellent prices on my doorstep! Where I would have had to travel to Cardiff/Merthyr to find what I needed a quick trip to Blackwood is much more convenient. Definately my go-to shop for Warhammer and whenever my daughter wants her Jellycat fix!
