My personalized cookie cutters never arrived. They sent an email that said they were at the post office and undeliverable because my address was not correct. they are not at the post office. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Ripoff ! No tracking no way to call no product. Total rip off do not order from this company. I’m going to ask abc do an investigation about this company. Same on after pay !

Ordered in Oct & was not notified that my order was waiting for me! When I was passing I did call in to be advised this has been returned. The communication is terrible, lack of customer service & no care at all through the email correspondence. Now waiting for them to receive this back in order to have a refund. I don’t hold out much hope in receiving this. Will never ever use again. So disappointed with this company. It’s a shame cause the product did look cute.

Terrible. Item is cheap, and terrible material. I asked for a refund they offered 10% refund which is nothing. I said I will send back for full refund. They said it would cost a lot of money to send item back. So I have to accept 10%. Disgusting, will never buy from here again. Wish I had read reviews first 😡

Disgusting company. Bought my grandaughter a Xmas dresses from these and its nothing like described. Contacted them over several emails with absolutely no luck of them paying for return. Clothing is cheap and nasty, shoddy work and all screwed up in bag, very cheap for the money I paid for this crappy item. Do not buy from them at all . Be warned, reported to trading standards uk.

Ordered via instagram and paid via Apple Pay no confirmation received and can not get any information from their message system ! So far dreadful

Do NOT order first it takes forever to get product. Ordering from Etsy or even temu is faster which is what I will be doing. The “sale” they have isn’t really one. And the material is cheaply made and words are not legible if taking normal picture with item. Completely waste of time and money. I purchased personalized announcement frame and unset and disappointed can’t be enough to explain on how I feel about something this important and exciting .

I made an order for one of the customize blankets with the baby name on it and paid through paypal, that was on February 1st but til today i haven't received anything, no information regarding my order no order number or tracking number or if my order has been shipped they just withdraw my money and that's it I have sent an email with no response, i have tried texting them twice in their website on the "chat with us" button with no reply, its either u send me the product or refund me, cuz am seriously disappointed with the way am being treated

I never received my customized beenie that I ordered for my son for Christmas. I didn’t know I was ordering from China. The site does not tell you that. So we missed Christmas. It’s now January 21 and I still haven’t received the item. When I follow the tracking number it says it’s delivered but we never received them. My order number is KKID59212. I’ve sent two emails and still haven’t heard back.

The absolute worst, misleading company. Product arrives (or not) from a slow boat out of china! No idea was ordering from china as website looks domestic. Ordered two personalized infant beenies on 12/5, said shipping in 5 days. Still waiting month later. Missed Christmas hope I don’t miss winter!
