Our fitter Ali was a dedicated and talented professional. Our new worktops and sink are fitted perfectly, he left our kitchen clean and tidy each day and it was a pleasure to have him working in our house.
From the salesman, to the surveyor and the office staff, our experience has been excellent.

Great job quick left no mess would recommend them.

From start to finish the whole Kitchen Restoration experience was brilliant. Very pleased with how our kitchen now looks. Excellent kitchen fitter who was very friendly and informative. A very skilled tradesman who ensured that everything was fitted to his high standards.

Our experience was very positive and we highly recommend this company.

Initially the sales person arrived ,then having received a quote , 2 nr supervisors came independently to measure up and order the materials , work top and splashback ,then a 2 man team came to carry out the works which after 2 hrs, became a 1 man team to carry out the works, what was promised to be a 3 day max job stretched to over 3 weeks because there was an issue with delivery of splashback materials. the final product was not that good and dealing with the head office regarding any issues they just hide behind there contract clauses.

Lovely service from beginning to end and it all happened so quickly with minimum fuss even when a readjustment was needed mid way through

I love my new kitchen. Even though I changed my mind and wanted granite worktops instead of my initial choice, this was no problem. Because my kitchen is quite small and I had my fridge freezer in the tv room (forever!), Simon found a way to get it in it's rightful place. He phoned me several times during the process to get what I wanted and to keep me up to date. Thank you everyone

The sales and survey process were quick and efficient, and the fitter was extremely helpful and did an excellent job. We're delighted with our new-look kitchen.

Professional service from start to finish with all the workmen, from those who measured up to the fitter being respectful of my home.
I was kept I formed of progress regarding delivery and fitting, made a huge difference to my kitchen at a fraction of the cost of having a whole new replacement kitchen.

Excellent work and professional, completely changed our kitchen and utility room, much lighter and brighter when they changed the cupboard doors and drawers.

From the initial appointment to the fitting the service was superb. The quality of the finish and craftsmanship of the fitting is excellent and the transformation is way beyond our expectation

Although the designer visited us twice and another person came to double-check the measurements for all the kitchen doors, cornice, pelmet and plinths, there was still an issue: the cornice they supplied did not match the rest of the design. In the end, our builder used the remaining plinths to create a more suitable cornice for us. (Our builder installed the doors for us as The Kitchen Restoration's labour cost was almost the same as the supply...)

There was also a problem with one of the doors, as the holes for the hinges had not been drilled. We ended up buying a drill and doing it ourselves. Our installation schedule was very tight. We didn't dare to wait for them to do it as previously, we had already waited a week for customer service to clarify the delivered parts. We just didn’t want to wait another one or two weeks for two holes drilled.

While they did 'show' some effort, it wasn’t particularly effective. Overall, I believe there are other suppliers who offer better service at this price point.

I've contacted this joke of a company 3 times to request a brochure and nothing has arrived.
I have read the reviews and clearly it all adds up to terrible customer service
I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.
If you stay local you will find much better companies to do this sort of job

From the sales person, the surveyor and the person who did the actual work, all created an amazing transformation. The sales person (Arga) listened and gave me good advice, including ensuring I got value for money. The surveyor made changes to how my original kitchen worktop looked and in effect substantially improved on the original design. Finally the quality of the fitter’s work (Vlad) was excellent. He consulted me and explained why things were being done in a particular way, which ultimately made my kitchen so much better than before. He went that extra mile, which is the Hallmark of exceptional service. I highly recommend Kitchen Magic - Kitchen Restoration.
