My order never got delivered, Ive been trying to email them and messaged them on instagram and haven’t had any help !!

Terrible!
Waited 12 working days (16 actual days) for dispatch then the FedEx pickup was cancelled. They came up with excuses when I complained and asked for my money back. Said it has been dispatched. They SAY they are going to refund me, but no doubt that will take weeks as well. Don't buy from them.

ordered a new plinth for my kitchen, money taken from account no confirmation sent, i have been chasing for over a week making 4-5 calls to and only getting through to an answering centre which has nothing t0 do with kitchens4u and just passes on messages with no return calls made, cannot make any direct contact with kitchens4u
waste of time!

Ordered a replacement kitchen door paid in full four weeks ago Have since sent two emails asking for updates. Luckily, I paid by PayPal and I’ve got my money back. Would advise not bothering with this company as it was just a waste of time and effort.

I've just reported these muppets to Trading Standards - slow delivery; absolutely no communications; nobody ever answers the phone or gets back to you via email.

When my order did finally arrive it was wrong and I've been waiting over a month just to hear from them when I might get the correct product sent to me. i.e. The products that I ordered and paid for, but I have still not heard anything at all back from them despite my numerous emails and phone messages.

I've spent almost 60 years on this earth and I've never experienced customer service as poor as this company provide and nor am I one to complain because I like to sort things out amicably... but these numpties are the limit.

You should avoid this company as you would a rabid dog.

Customer service is non existent despite about 5 calls and promises to call back and only half the order arrived.

Terrible service, slower than slow delivery, damaged on arrival, missing items on delivery, and now months down the line, still NO REPLACEMENT doors. Use at your own peril. You may get your doors you may not—really bad experience. One man band completely out of his depth, I feel.

I placed an oder with these scammers and got an email acknowledging the order pretty quickly. however, I have had nothing else from them since except this link to review. I have tried calling them on three separate occasions and always get through to a different person on 'reception', but the background noise sounds like a call centre. I ask for an update on my order and they cannot provide. I ask to be put through to Sales or the Order department and no one is available. they take my details and no one calls me back. It is very odd that reception is so populously manned and yet no-one is in any other department or no manger is available. consequently i have raised this as fraud with my Credit Card company and they are recovering the expense.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - IT IS A SCAM

Great products, good quality, my second purchase only let down this time was delivery, nothing to say it had been shipped and was just left outside my porch when it was raining, also slight damage to one corner of end panel luckily I needed to cut it down a little so not a problem. Overall good company.

I originally ordered my products on the 21st December 2024. There was a delay with my delivery due to technical issues and I had ordered products which didn’t match in colour which was my error. The company got in touch and were extremely apologetic for the delay and explained re the mismatched products and resolved this for me. Within 4 working days from their call I have received my products which are excellent quality and match my kitchen perfectly. Except for the original delay, which was rectified, I couldn’t fault the service provided and products and would recommend.

Good service. Be careful. Shop around or you'll be ripped off.

placed an order in January2024,,heard nothing,emailed,telephoned with no success,Kept saying he would chase my order,heard nothing,telephoned but saying something about the receptionist?? Emailed a couple more times,no reply.Rang early one morning,said would get back to me,nothing, so rang in the afternoon ,the lady said there was nobody there.So by this time,I am getting rather annoyed. So sent an email saying I wanted my money back.After a few days,received email telling me that they had an issue with the machine that makes those doors,rubbish!! And that had refunded meback to PayPal. Still not had it.So PayPal have started a case against them
I looked the address up on Google Earth,no number for them. Looked for 111,it jumps from 109 to 117.So where are they??
I feel so stupid to have been conned😡

Good price and arrived well packaged with quick delivery. The doors are well made and we are so pleased with them.

I am now in receipt of the doors ordered and have to say I am very pleased with them. Just a suggestion to the company better communication on delayed orders needs to be reviewed, however if you asked me would I buy from this company again my answer to the question would be yes, as they were worth the wait.

Ordered door handels after 4 telephone calls, handels turned up a month later. Problem is the wrong ones sent. Rang again no response. Opened a claim with my bank. Do not trust this company. The reply months later says i got a full refund are a total lie. Again don't trust.

The whole experience of dealing with Kitchens4u has been appauling. I ordered a cupboard with two drawers... sounds quite simple for a kitchen making company right? It appears not.
The website was easy to use and select and order the items I wanted, but that is where the ease ended.
The cupboard was not sent out for over a week and despite numerous attempts to find out when it would be delivered, the company would just keep saying, it will be dispatched tomorrow and a tracking number will be sent to you. Alas, I never received a tracking number but the cupboard did arrive to my suprise and was left outside of my address.
Unfortunatelly, the drawers were not sent at the same time and this has taken a further month of false promises of delivery. I thought this would be the end if the problamatic experience, but parts of the drawer were missing. I have been emailing and using web chat to contact the company but they have ghosted me and no longer reply with the matter unresolved.
Also the cupboard was damaged in that one of the cornershad been chipped which I assume was during delivery but I have not raised this matter with the company as the corner would be hidden at the rear.
So, in summary go to B&Q, Wickes or any other reputable company. You may spend a little more money but will save yourself lots of time chasing the company to send you the products you have paid for.

Arrived expediently and we'll packaged.
It was an item ordered to be adjusted and altered to accommodate a new item of equipment, and l was surprised how well made it was.
The colour matched perfectly, a real bonus and it matches existing.
