Our dream kitchen is complete. Thank you, KitchenSmiths.

From the very first point of contact through to the finished installation, the entire experience was faultless. The moment we walked into the showroom and were greeted by Dan, it was obvious that this team truly knew what they were doing, and they absolutely delivered.

The quality of the kitchen itself is exceptional. The craftsmanship, precision and attention to detail are on a completely different level. Having worked with other trades on complex projects before, I know how easily things can unravel. Missed details, compromises, mistakes or poor communication often creep in. None of that happened here. Not once.

Everything fitted perfectly. No issues, no damage, no shortcuts. Just outstanding quality and precision throughout.

The installation team deserve special mention. They are incredibly skilled, courteous and very tidy. They treated the space with care and respect from start to finish and were a pleasure to have around.

I do not say this lightly. If you are considering a new kitchen, forget the usual high street names and book an appointment with KitchenSmiths.

It is worth visiting the showroom for the hidden utility room alone! A genuinely outstanding experience from start to finish, thank you to Dan and the whole team.

We had a kitchen fitted by Kitchen Smiths that included two types of cabinets. One of them, the gloss finish, has deteriorated significantly over the years, with peeling and staining on the door sides. The other cabinet type is completely fine.

Despite repeatedly contacting Kitchen Smiths over the past seven years—and even though we live only five minutes from their showroom—they refused to come and inspect the issue. I visited the showroom three times, and eventually had to remove a door and bring it in myself because they wouldn’t come out.

The gloss doors have clearly not been fit for purpose and now look terrible. Kitchen Smiths blamed “light and moisture,” but this does not reflect the actual kitchen environment, and the second cabinet type shows no problems at all. Had we known this, we would never have chosen these doors.

I invite any future customers of Kitchen Smiths to view our kitchen for themselves—just ask them to put you in contact with me. The lack of durability and the lack of accountability speak for themselves. After years of asking them to inspect the doors, they now want to charge £3,000 for replacements.

I cannot recommend this company. You will regret trusting them to address a manufacturing defect. If you are prepared to spend another £30,000 in ten years, then good luck—but this is not how a family business should behave,

It’s an absolute disgrace that they refused to come and inspect the state of the kitchen. It’s embarrassing that they claim to pride themselves on customer service.”

Kitchensmiths were a great company to work with. From design to build the care and attention to detail was great. We have ended up with a kitchen, dining room and utility room which are simply brilliant to live in.

We went to Kitchensmiths as its in the same village as where we live (Histon)
We had a meeting with a male staff member who showed us the showroom kitchens and some finish options.
We took our drawings of our soon to be completed renovation. The guy copied all our info then told us he’d get in touch with designs soon, once he was back from holiday. Roughly ten days.
We heard nothing. The weeks went by, and still no contact from him.
We were quite shocked, as it was clear we were ready to go asap.
We ended up spending £30k on a Tom Howley kitchen, which we’re delighted with, but feel its a shame we couldn’t go with a more local company.

We didn’t feel like we should have to chase them - if they really wanted our business then they should’ve done what they said they’d do.
Anyway, they lost out on £30k.
Bizarre. They seemed good, but not contacting us with the designs, after we’d spent so long going over it all with him, seemed really unprofessional.

This happened in July 2023, but trustpilot won’t let me post it with that date.

Great experience from start to finish. Loved the design ideas and attention to detail. The finished kitchen is beautiful, functional and exactly like the design. Everyone who worked on our kitchen was super helpful and did a great job.

We love our new kitchen and we loved every stage of the process with Clare at Kitchensmiths. She is not only a brilliant designer but kind and pragmatic and fun to hang out with. We had a very small space and a lot to fit in, so it was a real jigsaw puzzle, but it worked out beautifully.

I was very impressed with the whole process from the design to the finished product. Discussions about the design and choice of material were most very helpful, responses to any queries were unfailingly quick and there was constant communication throughout the installation. I am delighted with the new kitchen.

Kitchensmiths took all my needs into consideration from the start. From an area for me to sit and prep to easy open cupboards. The installation was fuss free and I am so pleased with the finish kitchen.

We had our kitchen fitted by Kitchen Smiths over 30 years ago. It still looks very good. One of our large cupboards developed a fault which meant we could not use it. We contacted Kitchen Smiths. The MD came to assess it and decided that it could be repaired. This work was carried out efficiently within about three weeks of the call out. The cupboard operates smoothly and looks as good as new.

First class service. Everything was done efficiently and on schedule. I have no complaints at all!

I am very pleased with my kitchen installation. Advice was helpful and enabled me to make decisions. The team doing the work were extremely reliable, worked to a high standard and always cleared up tidily. The work was completed in the time planned and communication with the company was easy. I would certainly recommend the company.

Great design ideas and high quality products and workmanship

We contacted Kitchensmiths to ask for help in fitting a replacement hob + oven when our original hob + oven were destroyed in an unfortunate gas hob incident!
Although we did not require a complete kitchen refit they were more than willing and happy to help.
They fitted the new induction hob and oven and made us a new drawer as the new oven was smaller.

They came when they said they would. High standard of workmanship with very pleasant people carrying it out. The project flowed from plumber to fitter to electrician with no gaps. KitchenSmiths
made the whole project and enjoyable experience.

Clare prepared a very good design and a detailed time schedule for our new kitchen and utility. The experienced fitting team kept to the schedule and installed the units and appliances to a very high standard. My wife and i are delighted with the outcome.

I have absolutely no interior design skills but Clare made the process a breeze. From the moment I stepped into Kitchensmiths I had her full attention and never felt the process was rushed. Alternatives were
explained in detail and additional options I might have forgotten about explored. The 3D renderings of the design in the proposal gave a really good impression of the final result.

The installation process could not have gone any more smoothly. It quickly became clear that Clare is also an excellent project manager: the proposed plan was followed to the dates specified and needed no involvement from me. Nevertheless Clare kept me fully informed about progress.

Every one of their tradesmen seemed to take a pride in their work and the results reflect that. They were friendly, happy to explain what they were doing and left the place clean and tidy.

I'm so pleased with the end result.

The team was highly professional, the scheduling was excellent, and the end result a fantastic high-quality kitchen. Aspects such as plumbing and fittings that needed on-site decisions were dealt with very well.
