Super super Bad Company Take You Money and Not Sending I wrote Maybe 15mails
Service shit !!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered weeks ago , nothing came , and when i asked they told me it arrived at my adress even when at the shippers site is written that it is still at the shop warehouse.

Took a few weeks to arrive but was exactly as I ordered. Nice fur, good quality top.

Will order again.

Very disappointing experience. The shipping cost was over €9, which is already high, but what makes this worse is that the delivery time is extremely long at 10–17 business days. This information was not clearly highlighted during the ordering process, and that feels misleading. If a customer is expected to wait this long, that should be stated clearly before purchase, not buried afterward.
I would not have placed the order under these conditions. A sales contract should not be based on terms that are not properly disclosed upfront. Yesterday I requested a refund.

They only mentioned the 10–17 business day delivery time in their email reply, which was the first time I was informed about it. They also completely ignored my refund request and did not address it at all.

Jersey arrived, I'm delighted with the quality. Took 3/4'weeks but I wasn't in any hurry.

Order took a while to come but the shirt did arrive and was very nice. Sadly it didn't fit (it was an XL but fit more like a small L or large M). Emailed them to arrange a return or exchange but it's been a week now and no response whatsoever.

It’s a scam site. I fell for it

I've done two orders now, a total of 4 shirts. Came in about 7 days and all good quality and good price

Shirt was too small so I tried to return. No response on email and despite them saying, "just send us a message", their IG says "this account cant receive your message". Haha. Jokes.

My package arrived 16 days after I had ordered it wich it is a bit late but the product is very good.

Looks like a scam site - made an order, got confirmation email then the order does not appear when you log in, no link to track and not a reply when you contact. No phone number to contact either.

Basically same experience as others here - one to avoid.

Scam site!!! DO NOT BUY. Email address is fake and “contact page” comes up with server error. Avoid!!!!!!

Scam. Made order. Got radio silence to all attempts to chase status on order. Dont not use this site unless you want to wave goodbye to your money.

My Auntie ordered a present for me for Christmas off here and it never came. She tried contacting them but she couldn't but the transaction still happened so she got scammed out of her money

Fairly sure this is a scam site, paid for an order, email address is fake and contact page on site comes up with server error every time I try to send. Do not buy from here!!!!

No order confirmation other than PayPal advising of a payment.
Claim to be available 24/7... Between Monday and Friday.
When you do fill in the 'contact us' form all you get after hitting send is 'failed due to server error'. Wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't every single time over multiple attempts.
At this point I'm convinced it's a scam site. Took the money and went radio silent.
