Web clonada. Web fraudulenta. Cometa comprada con todos los documentos, recibos y pagos con logo y según vendedor (documentos correctos) pero plataforma de pago no identificada y por supuesto cometa no enviada. Dinero perdido.

Michael is doing his best, but after kiting 20 yrs. , then giving it a rest....I'm not sure if this boy will see that kitegear, rather I guess it's time for full-time retirement, the universe has spoken🎏🤔

As some others said, you may only know the item is not available the day after having pass your order! They refund me and told me about that:Our site isn’t sophisticated enough to catch all inventory changes…So inform you if the item is available before to believe what you see and lost your time like I did.

Most resourceful place I could have shopped at. They have everything I need and more. When I had a question, they responded right away, eliminating wait time to proceed. Price doesn't matter when you have great customer service and a reliable team to fall back on.

Shipped out promptly. Arrived in prefect condition. Wished that your website would have stated that surfboards would incur a shipping charge instead of specifying free shipping on orders over $100.

The sales team was quick to reply and follow up on email questions which was appreciated. However, I was surprised that the website product pages were not able to show out-of-stock and that stocking issues had to be communicated through post-sale email.
