It was a pleasure dealing with Kith’s customer service.

I bought a Stone Island jacket on the website - they didn't send it to me, they don't answer my emails, they don't return the money for the jacket :( It's been 15 days already :( Be careful! Don't buy from this website if you don't want problems!

As a customer of Kith, I was initially frustrated by a pricing issue caused by website redirection. However, their customer service team, particularly Sandra, went above and beyond to resolve the matter. They solved the issue in a very good way, which showed their dedication to customer satisfaction. Kith is a scam website. Luckily I paid by credit card so should be able to claim a refund.

Kith want me to return the t-shirt so they can investigate how a Stone Island jacket got swapped for a rubbish t-shirt 😂

Kith has always provided me with amazing customer service. They answered my question and help me with my exchange. Thank you very much, Kith ! I will continue shopping here.

My experience with Kith has been nothing short of a nightmare. I ordered a pair of shoes, and not only did they send the WRONG shoes once, but they managed to send the WRONG pair AGAIN when they tried to “fix” their mistake. How does this even happen twice?

To make matters worse, their customer service is a complete joke. They won’t let you speak to a representative, leaving you stuck in an endless loop of frustration with no real help. The lack of professionalism and accountability is astounding.

I’ve never experienced such incompetence from a company that claims to be high-end. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. Kith clearly doesn’t care about their customers or providing even the most basic level of service.

Avoid at all costs!

Great products. Customer service was very helpful but I had into explain the situation a more detailed way and spent more time getting her to understand. Other than that she was able to help and fix my problem, although I still didn’t receive the extra purchase on my Kith treats loyalty achievement, she was able to help me gain the points.

The sale representative was very helpful on checking the item inventory in the store for me, and she makes the purchase process very smooth and easy to process even I don’t live near in New York.

I ordered 2 tops as Christmas presents but need to return 1. I am getting an "unexpected error" when I try to create a standard return lablel. I have spent 2 days asking for help from customer service but this has not yet been resolved so I can not return my item and time is running out. It seems I can create an express return label which costs 41 euro for 1 top ( already paid 23 euro to ship in the 1st place! )

Ordered a mens shirt size xl. Received a medium sized shirt that had a xl tag pinned to garment while the sowed 8n tag was marked medium. Contacted customer service for a simple exchange amd was subjected to run around, unresponsiveness, i was requirrd to submit photos of garment and when i complied, 5hey stopprd communicating with me. Would never recommend doing business with them

I bought one of the crew neck sweatshirts for my son. He wore it once and got a small stain on the shirt. I put a small dab of dish detergent on it (as I do with all clothes with food stains). It took the color out of the shirt! Very poor quality clothing. Don't waste your money.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Kith. I encountered an issue with a refund, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, their customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful.

I provided all the necessary information and even reached out to my bank to confirm that the problem lies on Kith's side. However, they continue to delay the resolution, showing a complete lack of responsibility and concern for their customers.

This has been an incredibly frustrating process, and I would caution others about shopping with Kith. A brand of this size should prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure issues are addressed promptly. Unfortunately, my experience has shown otherwise.

Anyone saying this company is fake is fake themselves or don’t want people to know about a Great company!!! I won a raffle on there app for the Travis Scott’s and at first I didn’t believe I actually won and thought it had to be a scam!!!

Why Kith has such a low rating? This is my fav fashion brand! Both the design and the quality is way beyond avg. It deserve a 5-star rating!

I was given the wrong order number to keep track initially but customer's service gave a prompt and detailed reply afterwards which I would purchase again because of its delivery and products aesthetics

Been a loyal customer since 2016 and kith has always delivered wether its for their quality of the clothes or their great customer service . I can always reach out to customer we give for help with refunds and returns and they always answer my emails and help me Th eu any process .

J’ai passé commande pour un Bearbrick.
Cela fait maintenant 3 semaines que j’ai reçu un colis provenant d’une autre entreprise à destination d’une autre personne mais qui avait le label d’expédition de KITH sur celui ci. L’étiquette d’expédition KITH a été collé sur l’étiquette du colis d’origine provenant d’une autre entreprise qui n’a rien à voir avec KITH.
J’ai donc reçu le colis de quelqu’un d’autre provenant d’une autre entreprise. Il s’agit sûrement d’une erreur de livraison ou d’un vol de colis.
KITH ne me rembourse pas et répond tous les 5 jours sans proposer aucune solution.
Il est impossible de les contacter par téléphone. Impossible de les joindre.
Ils veulent que je leur retourne le colis mais ils ne semblent pas comprendre que le colis ne vient pas du tout de chez eux donc je n’aurais jamais de remboursement si je retourne ce colis.
C’est inacceptable d’avoir un tel service client qui ne prend pas le temps de comprendre et surtout de me rembourser.
J’ai acheté un article chez eux que je n’ai jamais reçu. J’ai envoyé toutes les preuves en photos et ils s’en foutent.
