I have been ordering kits for a long time from futgy.com which i recomends! but when i saw this offer to their new website i ofcourse tok the chance, i was ordering a kit to a friend, a present. but the kit ended up never arriving, i was kind of shocked cause i enjoy futgy.com
i dont know what went wrong but the kit never arrived and money is gone ufortunatly.
i will still order from futgy though, but again a little shock after this situation.

The shirt quality is absolutely great and the communication with the staff worked everytime. They answered to my emails everytime with every problem I had. One issue is that the order took 9 weeks to arrive, because the package was lost in the mail. But I know its not the companys fault and they even sent a new package and it arrived on time. There was some ink in one of the shirts that was clearly visible and I sent a video of it and they gave me a discount for my next purchase. Really good company and great staff and im definetely going to buy again, I already have so many shirts in my shopping cart. Id give the company 5/5, only downside was the package loss and the ink on the shirt, but the loss wasnt the companys fault at all and the ink on the shirt i got compensated. Really good company, thank you Kitkul!

Top het shirt is goede kwaliteit het duurde wat langer voordat je hem krijgt maar voor de rest is het echt top

I placed an order during the World Cup for the first time, taking advantage of my positive experiences with Futgy.
Customer service was generally responsive and helpful, the only flaw being the lack of WhatsApp contact, which slows down interactions. Preparing the order took a long time, requiring 14 days and several reminders. This is understandable given the ongoing competition, but it could have been communicated in advance.
Once shipped, delivery took about a week and a half.
The quality of the jersey, however, is truly poor. The front and sleeve sponsors are printed directly onto the fabric, and the badge is sewn on, but in a very crude manner.
It's a shame, because I thought I'd found another quality site.

Great quality and customer service. The shirts arrived within the given shipping time. Very minor problem was that you didn’t know where in the world your order was. You only got information that it had arrived somewhere, but that’s such a minor problem.

Pedí unas camisetas hace 11 días y pensé que no me llegarian. Ya que el plazo se estaba retrasando. Les he escrito y me han contestado por email e instagram que hay alta demanda drl mundial y se han retrasado los plazos. Me quedo más tranquila con la respuesta obtenida a la espera de ver mis pedidos. Gracias

The quality was amazing the customer service was extremely helpful although a 10 day delay (not the companies fault) it arrived very smoothly from almost across the world.

Ordered 2 shirts and it came 3 weeks later. Both were in great quality and only had a slight issue with a shirt with the embroidery. I contacted their support and they helped me very quick. They compensated me with the issue and i would recommend buying from them! Thank you.

They are scammers it says on the tracking app that it’s delivered to the pick up spot but I have not gotten a pick up code, and when I try to call them or send an email it says that they don’t exist. Stay away!!!

Very nice. bought 2 shirts and the quality Is super good. took about 2 weeks to ship. normally a size medium and I decided to buy them in medium as well instead of sizing up and they are true to size. 10/10 would deff recommend.
