Hello, we received a mystery shirt. We want to return it, but you're not responding to our chat or email. This concerns order number 12768. Thank you for your prompt response.

Too many fakes in orders when should be easy checks (both website and ebay). About 25% of shirts have been fakes. Never any customer service response so have to wait and raise with paypal/ebay

Edit to reply; on every occasion I email led and received no repsonse. It’s no good saying email if you don’t respond. They mention a thorough check- even a basic check would have sufficed to see the most recent one was fake.

Wanting to return a shirt, however as many others have said the customer service do not get back to you.

Speedy delivery and very happy with my shirts. Will be buying from Kitplug again in the future!

Insane, the packaging, the quality, communication and price. Deffo recommended. Will be back.

Worst Experience ever
1. They sell you fake shirt for £130
2. The listing condition is not accurate, list an "excellent" condition shirt but came out there's a hole in it.
3. Customer service response time is worse than Onana
4. You can get a better shirt, with a accurate condition stated in another site for a lot cheaper than them
5. They dont want you to write a honest review of their bad service, they will 'bribe' you with a gift card to remove them. That's mean your going to have experienc like number 1 to 4 all over again

Update :
They dont offer shirt with higher value, they offer shirt with the same value to a shirt supposedly original but fake, and when the shirt is arrived, the condition stated on your site is different than the one i received.
And you dont offer gift card for say sorry or anything, you wanna sent me a gift card to ask me to delete the review.

True to Joe"s word I received notification that my credit card received a full refund for my Grandson's shirt. Joe's intent is that when he receives the shirt back from the postal service they use is that they will send him the shirt at no cost to us..

I really like the idea of their retro mystery shirt boxes, especially when it's something I wouldn't usually tend to go for and I got a Marseille shirt from the 1999-00 season and was in very good condition considering the age of it. The shirt was authentic and looks brilliant. I will definitely be using these again.

Saw a chance for a discount on Instagram not knowing how true however when i earned it it was true and i ordered straight away. A great quality, lovely shirt with quick delivery. Cheers guys.

I bought 4 mystery boxes and 3 of them are real, however one could possibly be fake due to not having any inside tags (for an adidas shirt). I have messaged and emailed them on the 31st of July on the contact form on their site. I have messaged them on instagram, which they have not responded too. However, I did message on 'Shop', which the responded 2 days later. But when I responded back I have not heard anything since. It's almost been a month. I unfortunately cannot return my jersey either due to it being past a month since I ordered my jersey. (I messaged them before the 30 days was up).

If there is an email that will contact me ASAP please put it down and I would love to change my review if this gets sorted!

Update: They have gotten back to me and have given me evidence and have offered me a return or an exchange. I appreciate this and will continue shopping with them! :)

Er fornøyd med hjelpen vi fikk av Joe da vi fikk 2 t-skjorter av fotballklubber vi hadde skrevet at vi ikke ville ha. Han ordnet opp og sendte 2 nye t- skjorter med en gang

Want to return the mystery shirts but no reply from email, telephone or tweet. Now left with 2 shirts of poor quality.

ordered an england mystery shirt that had a slight defect and contacted the company they were more than happy to help, top tier company supplying top tier shirts ❤️

They where super slow to respond to emails after not receiving any shipping info but you're dealing with a small company. About a later Joe contacted me to say there was a mix up with my order. He was super helpful and tried to find an alternative but in the end was very apologetic and gave a refund. I would use these guys again

Update:
After posting this review they got in touch and as per their reply below, they did indeed send the correct shirt as promised. They even threw in a few goodies too. My son is now delighted with his shirt so hats off to them for sorting it.

My son thought he ordered a mens medium but it turned out he ordered XS. He emailed them to ask if they could change the size and they quickly replied to say they could. The shirt arrived as a childs XL and stained in several places. We took a photo of the shirt and emailed them asking for a return label so we could get a refund.
They have not responded to any emails (at least 3 sent), not replied to a contact form via their website and not replied to DMs sent via Facebook, X or Instagram.

I'm not rating it higher at the moment. The buying process was smooth but I brought my shirt over two weeks ago and still have no shipping information. I have contacted all forms and I have had no update as to why my order is taking so long to be fulfilled.
Another one of my friends is having the same issue and we need the kits before the end of the month.

Hoping maybe this will get someone to contact me?

I have to say I had my doubts when I first received my shirt and it was rip however I emailed and instagram dm kitplug and within 24 hours I returned my first order and received a red england with number 4 and Gerrard on the back and constant communication with them via DMs. Safe to say I’ll be ordered from them again and hoping I’ll get one of japans cool kits!

There Are some Lines from a Pencil
The nike logo is kinda destroyed and i thought it would be a player name on the kit like i got a Arsenal Kit without any player name
Im very sad and feel kinda scammed

I just love the ideas of mystery boxes and kitplug have made it better with the great selection of kits to be amazed by and the quality of the packaging and kits are fantastic. Definitely going to buy more in the future and hope others do to!
