This was the first time I have ordered from Kits and it was a wonderful experience. I bought 4 pairs - taking advantage of the BOGO sale, and each pair is fantastic! (Under $120 for 4 pairs is such a steal). The frames are lovely, stylish and sturdy. They got my prescription correct with all my glasses. I also couldn’t believe the quick shipping time, they ended up shipping them same day on Monday, and by Friday they were at my doorstep! In the future if I ever need new glasses I will be sure to purchase from Kits again. 10/10.

I ordered two pairs of prescription glasses and a pair of sunglasses.
They were offering a deal that came to about 100$ off and gave you the free sunglasses.
I had added blue light blocking advanced lenses to one pair and premium lenses with grey photochromic (transitions).
Took about 3 days to arrive.
Unfortunately, the glasses I received had none of the add-ons I'd paid for and felt cheap and pinched my head. Wore them for about 24-36 hours before contacting support. They want them back before sending out the correct glasses...
What a company should do when they make an error is not cause anymore issues for the customer.
Apologize, allow them to keep the incorrect glasses as spares and send out the correct glasses, immediately... Instead, I will be returning these and won't be dealing with them Kits... Canadian or not.

I have a big prescription with progressive lenses.... i ordered a lot 9f glasses directly through opticiens (wearing glasses since 35 years +) and honestly, my 2 pairs from KITS are the best never worn! So confortable on my eyes like no adaptation! I put them on my face and voila, clear without distortion when i move my head around ... i do not feel that my eyes are working to adapt ! Im really impressed. Please note that i took enhanced progressive option

I used to work for Lens.com in the US as a senior executive. I placed my order with Kits.ca on Monday. They are based in BC, I live in the middle of nowhere in Ontario. I needed them no later than Wednesday. They arrived yesterday. Outstanding service. I'm sorry to say, i don't believe my prior company could have done this and especially with such transparent pricing.

The price was decent. The quality seems fine. The customer service is horrendous. The glasses I received fell off my head when looking down. After getting the runaround for a week, I dealt with it on my own. Don't fall for the "frames starting at $28, including lenses". Total false advertising. My total was $300 when adding lenses. Yes, you can choose cheaper options (impossible to choose a price as low as they advertise), but they frames are hideous and the lenses will look like a piece of glass squished in ugly frames.
If you're looking to save money, you won't. Just go to an in person optician who will provide you with proper customer service and still be there after the purchase.

Terrible experience. I don’t think they can make glasses with higher prescription. I tried ordering twice but they never got my glasses right. After I reported, customer service suggested to upgrade the lenses and charged me extra but what arrived was just identical to my original order. I can’t even tell them apart. How is a glasses with premium lens just the same as the glasses with standard lens. Glasses weight and thickness are the same. They sent me a new one because they won’t refund me and it was worse than the first 2.

good experience and service. My review a year later would be the pollux glasses are so loose on the sides they can't even stay on my face-replacement for my comet glasses that were too tight to fit on my face. I tighten them often but for some reason can't get them secure.

I really like kits as a company but thats my only complaint as I find myself shopping for another pair (I am not sure how to leave a review under these specific glasses)

Fast shipping, easy to order, great prices and promos, packaged nicely. I had a problem where the prescription seemed a bit weak for me and I bought 4 boxes of 90's dailies. The customer representative was so kind as to find a different brand, give me a discount so they ended up being $5 less which he reimbursed and told me to keep one of the boxes as they cant take opened items back. Thank you for your helpful service!

Living in a world where glasses are 600$+, it can feel like vision is less important to maintain and put money into. Thats how i felt for a long time, but Kits changed that for me.

I was able to get myself a new pair for just 50$ canadian everything included, and they arrived less than a week later. Perfect quality, i see great and with their "try it on" feature i was able to make sure i would like the model.

Thank you Kits for helping me see again.

Amy wasn't helpful, didn't get back to my email regarding to find someone to talk. Numbers don't work even though it's working time. Waste of time

High quality glasses for less!
I have ordered 4 times and have always been happy with the results. Progressive and astigmatism prescriptions done perfectly. Fast delivery and great customer service when needed. I would highly recommend!

A real pain to deal with. Very slow process. Needing upload of prescriptions etc and taking 5 days to verify. Big waste of time. Pop on to any other site and you're done in 2 minutes. Feels like their systems are from 1985.

One of the greatest customer service and companies I have ever seen in my life. Like genuinely im not even lying. The customer service was so good I would feel bad not coming here and giving them the praise they deserve. 10/10 goated

Purchased glasses 10 months ago service, price outstanding.
Recently had an issue with one pair called to ask if they could be repaired.
Immediately told they would send me a replacement at NO CHARGE !!! INCREDIBLE. The call center was very helpful, thoughtful and precise.
I received the replacement in 7 days .
I would highly recommend KITS based on fantastic service, helpfulness, pricing.
Call center should be commended for great service.

This was my first time ordering from Kits.ca and I was blown away by them. I love plastic frames but they slip off my face, so I was pleasantly surprised to see they had a pair with an adjustable nose piece. When I ordered them they arrived in 2 day, which is unheard of where I live (Yellowknife, NT). Unfortunately I messed up my prescription, but the customer service folks were so fantastic and replied to me in less than 24 hours, I had my new pair in no time at all. They are a phenomenal company and I will most definitely order from them again!

I recently ordered four pairs of glasses from KITS, and while I loved the look and quality, I realized after they arrived that three of them had nose rests that didn’t work well for me. It was a bit hard to tell during the ordering process that they had the kind of nose pieces that can tangle in your hair — especially if, like me, you sometimes push your glasses up on top of your head to hold your hair back.
I mentioned this to KITS, and their response was amazing. They completely understood what I was talking about and immediately sent out three replacement pairs with the nose rest style I prefer — no questions asked, no extra charges. I had the new pairs within a day and a half!

It's rare to find a company with this level of customer care. The glasses are stylish, comfortable, and now perfect for my needs. I’m extremely happy with both the products and the service. Highly recommend KITS to anyone looking for great eyewear and exceptional support!
