I made my order directly after finding their product on Amazon. The postage was cheaper directly. I made a mistake on my address and email them to tell them but the product was delivered before they email me back. I told them the company is only as good as a customer service and a customer service was good. By the way the product was delivered well inside 48 hours

The product is great, and it was sent securely and on time- but unfortunately the wrong colour. Didn’t want the hassle of returning it (who does) so kept it. First class product just a honest mistake.

Excellent service from Kitwizard - staff made real effort to find best walking poles for an elderly walker. Very good value, high quality Leki poles, speedy delivery.

Not a lot of options to get tritium vials in the US. I have bought from several vendors and I can say without a doubt KitWizard has the best prices and fastest shipping of any of them. I ordered from another site, one of the most popular ones, and shipping was like twice as much and it took close to a month to arrive, which is ridiculous. As long as KitWizard is selling tritium I will always go to them for any tritium vials I might need.

Really, 5 stars all around. Thanks for not exploiting the fact that it’s a sellers market like other companies do. You really have a customer for life in me.

Kitwizard had the item I had been looking for that was sold out everywhere, even from the manufacturer. What really stood out was the responsiveness of Kitwizard’s owner, Colin, in answering my queries and staying in communication until the order was dispatched the following day and arrived the day after. I will definitely order from Kitwizard again the next time I need gear.

Item came early. Used it on my cat's collar as I have a hard time seeing her in the dark. Works great.
