I was misstreated because I asked for information about my order
I was misstreated because I asked for the status of my order and a tentative delivery date. I was already waiting for the delivery since 14 days ago and still without a tentative delivery date. Thus, i told them to provide that information and because this did not look well i told them that I will cancel my order. They asked me to take my business somewhere else because they will not tolerate to be threatened. Miracously, a more precise tracking of my order was sent after my complain sent to their customer service.

This "review" is inaccurate and untrue.
Customer threatened to do a charge-back if we could not give him a date when the package would be delivered, for a shipment with its last tracking update less than 2 weeks old. We had already provided a working tracking number showing the parcel in transit, and informed him there was a postal delay due to a shortage of flights on which postal mail travels.
As most anyone should know, there are never guaranteed delivery dates for postal mail (tentative or otherwise), and as such it was impossible to meet his unreasonable demand. Even if he only wanted a "tentative" date, the fact he stated he would do a chargeback after said date makes it anything but tentative.
We do clearly outline in our policies we will reship a missing/lost shipment, but this shipment's last tracking update was barely over 10 days old - far too early to consider lost, especially when we knew of the flights issue we had previously communicated with him.
Ultimately, his shipment was delivered within our posted timelines.
A Very Trustworthy Website and I remain a Loyal Customer for 7 years
I have Neuropathy and the price of Meds without insurance in the US is quite ridiculous. I came across Kiwi's website in 2017 and being quite hesitant (I don't trust the internet) I decided to give them a try. It's now 2024 and I'm still purchasing through Kiwi "without" incident. Along those years there has been on occasion a lost order but I'm here to tell you they always made it right. I'm totally impressed with Kiwi and will continue to be a "Loyal Customer". Yes, it does take some time to get these products but you have to be patient. My lost orders was never a Kiwi issue, it was a USPS issue (Not a Shocker) But, again, Kiwi Will make it right. Being a Skeptic of the world of internet I trust Kiwi 100%, their very good people to deal with and trusting. Thank You Kiwi for who you are and what you do, You Guys are Awesome !!!
