I would thoroughly recommend purchasing a ring from Kiya! She was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the design, creation and delivery process and the end result was wonderful.

I would highly recommend buying an engagement ring from Kiya. The ring looks beautiful and the quality of the craftsmanship is second to none. From the moment I was selecting the ring to the delivery, Kiya was responsive and helpful. All questions were answered and I have no complaints about the service. If you want a truly unique ring, this is the place to look.

Excellent service, very responsive to queries and even happy to make a size change shortly after initial order. Delivery was great with Kiya happy to send to arrive on a certain day and the ring turned out exactly as hoped!

Fantastic service from Kiya - from the beginning she answered my questions and advised on a ring design to suit my small fingers. We are so pleased with the ring and it looks even better than the photos! My partner advised that Kiya was great with communication throughout the ordering process and sent clear photos and videos of the gemstone so he could choose. We had to send it back to Kiya for a slight alteration after purchasing and this was also managed brilliantly with clear communication on timescales.
