Kiyoko Beauty レビュー

Great experience!
Everything was in the box and arrived quickly. The products are good. I love the Medicube cream/gel
Thank you for everything 🙂

Speedy delivery and magnificent product. Very pleased

Fast and very transparent

An order was placed with Kiyoko on July 3rd, the package was supposed to be delivered by UPS. UPS lost it in the system, and i was told i would be refunded. Today, July 28 i receive an email from Kiyoko stating that UPS has found the package and will be delivered tomorrow. I told them earlier that i already purchased the products elsewhere and wanted a complete refund. Poor Customer Service by UPS. Kiyoko was able to refund me and appreciate it. Have reordered from them, lets see how it goes, will keep updating.

I'm sooo happy and in love with all of the Kiyoko distribution, you'll find everything you need but much more too!!

The standard shipping is fast and the products are very good the work well on all body type.

I had rush on face. It is gone within days.
Love products they are great

Kiyoko has wonderful beauty products and their customer service is excellent. I’ve made several purchases of hair & bath products and each time everything has arrived beautifully packaged to protect the items while in transit. I was able to find a Japanese brand that my Mum used to buy for my sister & me when we were teenagers, and it brings so much joy. Thanks : )

Kiyoko Beauty is my go to whenever I want to buy a my korean skincare or whenever I am looking for a new one that I want to try reasonable price and lots of options, very accommodating and friendly staff. If I want to ask something I just shoot them an email and they will reply as soon as they can and give me advices. I really love Kiyoko Beauty. Thank you so much for everything. Ever since I started using Korean skincare I can see an improvement in my skin. ❤️🤗

Shipping was pretty good! I think I had my order within two weeks and yes I live in Canada. I really like their cleanser. Not drying and I use it every day. I’m trying their other products as well. A quarter of the price of what I pay for my ZO products and I haven’t noticed a decline in the quality switching over. No break outs either which is important. My friend recommended them to me and she used to work in the industry. So I give this company two thumbs up. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

it was perfect and the products are very good

Customer service communication was great, products worked well and they have a wide range of products on the Shop app

The pricing is almost always cheaper compared to anywhere else you can get in Canada

Shipping is good, product is good. But very expensive. I’m glad I can buy this product in Canada but it’s so much more expensive than in japan.

Company reached out inmediately before the strike of canada post. They did great!

I love Kiyoko. Customer service is helpful, products are high quality, and shipping is fast. They’re my go-to for buying Korean and Japanese skincare in Canada.

Fast shipping and affordable skincare. I also look forward to the little samples
