Che brutta fregatura avevo fatto un abbonamento a vita la piu' alta delle scelte......
Non ci si puo' fidare di sta gente che vergonia non faro'mai piu;' un abbonamento a lungpo termine
Disonesti vendere un prodotto che non potete ottenere

Enormément décevant, cela fait 2x qu'il me font le coup, un conseil, ne prenez plus ce site, après avoir pris a vie l'abonnement, plus moyen d'avoir accès et tout cela sans prévenir

Je viens de m'apercevoir que KIZOA n'est plus accessible !!! Même pas un mail pour avertir les clients. C'était pourtant un service payant..... Licence "à vie" !!!! bref c'est lamentable.
C'était pourtant une plateforme très sympa, j'ai beaucoup aimé l'utiliser.
Ce n'est pas une façon de traiter des clients, un service payant se doit d'être irreprochable !!!!!!

Pagar una membresía de por vida, y luego cierran el chiringuito.
Me parece fatal, mínimo podrían dar una solución, tipo programa instalable para no depender de la web, o devolver el dinero que nos cobraron.

How do we go about filing a class action lawsuit?

I was out of the country and was going to upload some photos of my vacation in South Africa and found out they weren't in business. Immediately searched my emails and found one obscure email giving me a couple of days to download my videos. Deadline pasted. Really one email after I paid for a lifetime membership. Were are the attorneys this is a class action waiting to happen. I lost all of the photos of my parents past and my vacation photos and videos for the last 5 plus years.

mi experiencia con kisoa es desde el 2018 oh 2019 si bien recuerdo siempre me a ayudado en la edicion de videos muy buenos con buenas plantillas y una plataforma muy amigable para la edicion de videos y mirar las noticias que cierra la plataforma me pone muy trizte ya que no pude descargar mis ultimos trabajos asi mismo espero regrese mejorado y nos den la menbresia que teniamos todos antes de su cierre.

Lost everything from 18 yrs of my life and children. They gave me 5 days notice. Didn't see the one and only email. It looks like others experienced the same thing. The new one is horrible.They were such a unique site. There was so many manual ways to do what you wanted. Now it's all AI and it's a horrible website. Do not buy! They will one-day delete you life without you knowing. I'm still sick about it. 😞

Kizoa gave NO! notice or email to inform us that they were leaving the business. I just happened to log in to Kizoa, in May, and there was a notice to download videos by March 2024. It would been easier if they emailed to inform me. I paid for lifetime membership videos and pictures. I wish they could give us a chance to download my videos. This makes it very hard to trust other companies and lifetime memories that didn't that wad completely download.

PAID A LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP, THE TOP, MOST EXPENSIVE!

How can these be replaced?

La honte pour kizoa aucune info n'est parvenu aux utilisateurs pour annoncer la fin de ce logiciel nous avons tout perdu de nos photos et montage, c'est écœurant pourtant j'aimais bien cet outil .....

une honte oui ....ne pouvant pas récupérer mon travail terminé le moi dernier, j'ai augmenté de 35 euros mon compte afin de pouvoir les récupérer (en version pro) qui m'a été débité le 22 avril 2024.
je n'avais pas eu le réflexe de regarder les avis des internautes croyant que c'était quelque chose de sérieux et honnête.

Hace siete años que compre la membresía de Kizoa de por vida y, ahora esta empresa ha decidido cortar todo contacto con los usuarios y nos deja colgados con nuestros montajes a medias. ¿Quién me abona la cantidad que pagué?

C'est une honte de faire perdre aux clients toutes leurs vidéos et photos enregistrées ! Très déçue de cette société indienne qui s'est tout permis et n'a même pas été fichue de laisser les clients récupérer leurs œuvres. Le fric et toujours le fric ! Je redémarre avec Kudoflix et je suis satisfaite pour l'instant.

PAGUE MI SUSCRIPCIÓN PARA UTILIZARLO DE PORVIDA, Y SIN AVISAR LO ELIMINAN.

CUAL ES LA SOOLUCION PARA VOLVER A ACTIVARLO.

Después de hacer el pago, avisan unos días antes que cierran la aplicación, sin más opciones. Que menos que avisar con tiempo para recuperar los trabajos.
