As a first time buyer, i was sceptical about the process initially but with the help of KJD law and especially Tiegan, the process was smooth and seamless. Every queries no matter how small was attented to without hestitation.

Megan was amazing in handling our complexed sale, she went above and beyond offering to hand deliver some documents that needed signing. Joy was absolutely brilliant especially in the week before completion. I really didn't think the sale would complete when it was scheduled to. We recently used KJD Law during our house move and I can honestly say the service we received from Rebekah was excellent from start to finish.

I was quite apprehensive going into the process due to having issues with different solicitors in the past, but Rebekah completely put us at ease. She was always patient, always found the time to get back to us, and answered our many questions throughout the process.

Whenever we faced issues that we had not experienced before, Rebekah was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice and guidance. We also had a problem on the completion date that was completely out of our hands, and Rebekah was brilliant that day and helped keep everything moving as smoothly as possible.

Even after completion, I still had a few questions and Rebekah replied very quickly, which was greatly appreciated.

We used KJD for our recent house sale and purchase and they were excellent. Sometimes you only know how good they are when things go wrong. Our original purchase fell through at the point we were due to exchange on the sale of our home. The top of the chain collapsed. We quickly found a new property and Abbie O'Toole managed to have everything arranged for us to complete and move 7 weeks later - possibly delayed by a week as we were on holiday! She was brilliant and explained everything as the process went along and really helped push things along so we didn't lose our buyer. Abbie Lee dealt with the sale of our property and was brilliant too. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you!

I had Abbie assigned to my sale and purchase and felt supported throughout both processes. Due to some delays along the way, the process became a little tumultuous but Abbie was wonderful with her support. Her work was timely, friendly, helpful and informative.
