Absolutely outstanding service, Kevin was up front and clear from the beginning. Helpful and informative. The work done was completed in good time with no mess and a great upgrade for our home.

I thought this was to good to be true a free boiler.but no it was real. after all the talking and paperwork was done I was informed that I qualified a appointment was then made to get my new boiler fitted.the gas fitter and his colleague turned up on the day and carried out fitting my boiler.the boiler was fitted and all the works carried out on the same day they also showed me how to use it and also cleaned up everything we didn't need to lift a finger.execelent job thanks for everything👍👍👍

KKS & Retrofit were excellent. Had a very helpful Chat with Gerry & he got the ball rolling, then Retrofit sprang into action with a site survey, then when approval came through Melissa from Retrofit organised a site visit from Darren one of the engineers tasked with our job who went over exactly what we needed and discussed options, Then Darren & Davey turned up when they said they would and got on with it. Very efficient. and virtually painless. Can't recommend the whole process highly enough and can't believe the difference with the new boiler, wish we'd done it sooner.

I was very sceptical when I saw the advert for a free boiler, all I can say now is that I'm delighted with the service I had from start to finish. Very professional, almost stress free as I worried it was too good to be true. It wasn't, I highly recommend, boiler is great, system is quiet, warm and instant. Fitter was hard working polite and respectfully. I was kept up to date throughout.

I had a free new boiler installed on the 14th November 2024. I was a little nervous as I thought it was too good to be true. I nearly cancelled the whole thing. David the engineer arrived at 8am followed by the guys for the loft insulation and extractor fans. They all worked very hard and within the given timeframe. Communication from Melissa was excellent. I recently received a new central heating system through kks consultancy in January and the process from start to finish was quick and stress free. Gerry came out to my property and he was professional and friendly throughout the visit, explaining the process and making sure any questions I had were answered. I can't thank Kevin and this company more. I was very skeptical at first, who wouldn't be! A free boiler!? Kevin came in to our home and explained everything. How the process worked and what was involved. Our boiler was on its last legs and we were nursing it along. Not only did they replace our boiler with a brand new boiler, we got digital thermostat and new radiator valves. We also qualified for loft installation so our whole loft got replaced. If that wasn't enough, our kitchen and upstairs bathroom were fitted with extractor fans and all our windows with vents. Everything from start to finish was seemless even the clean up after. I am not sure what made me first click on the advert but we glad. Thankyou

We recently had a survry carried out for the install of a new central heating boiler. KKS visited in November to survey the property and explained the full installation details. Following on from this we then received confirmation of the install date from the installers, which was 26th November. Work carried out to high standard and trades and staff were very professional. Well done to all concerned

Lovely people, good communication and couldn't have been more helpful with the process from funding through to completion. Delighted with the results.

These guys have just completed work in my mums house. At first we were dubious whether free boilers were part of a scam however these guys were professional from start to finish. They visited my mum to check she fit the criteria set out by the government . Once this was confirmed they got to work very quickly. Not only did she get a new boiler, she got loft insulation, a heater in the kitchen , window vents and extractor fans. What a wonderful job completed by professional and friendly guys. They arrived early and worked over two days to complete. They made my mum feel reassured and at ease throughout .
We can thank these guys enough. You are all a credit to your company. Keep up the good work . 😁

Received a new boiler through the grant scheme, great service from the company from delivery on the morning to pick up of old boiler next day. Paul the engineer who fitted the boiler did an excellent job and worked tirelessly all day and explained everything at the end. Highly recommend this company.

Kks were a fantastic company to deal with, they organised the loft insulation being installed and the new boiler into my house, this was done through a government scheme so diddnt cost me anything atall. They done all the measurements and submitted my application for me making it an easy and seemless from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone else that is applying for the scheme, I always thought there was a catch to it as why would you get this all done for free but aslong as you fit the criteria of the grant it doesn't cost you a penny. Thanks again for all the help you gave me and increasing the energy rating of my home and just in time for winter. The process took me about 6 months from start to finish but it is well worth the wait.

My boiler suddenly broke down, wondered what to do and saw the add. Contacted Kevin and he very quickly arranged a visit. Once it was established that I was allegeable the processed was pushed through very quickly because I had no heating. A very satisfactory process and outcome.
