While product is good, the costumer service is horrible! I never received my order and sent over 4 emails to their costumer service requesting the money or the product, but no respond. NOTHING! I also requested to pause my subscription but I got billed again, and I couldn't return or stop the product from sending, altho I do have email confirmation that I requested cancelation, but NO RESPOND! So just be aware that at company there are no people involved with costumer service and no one to help you if things go wrong. I have been subscriber, and using the product for about 7 years, which makes it even worse, to treat your loyal costumer that way. I ended my subscription and will no longer order from here. There are similar products out there and I may just give them a try.

Terrible! I placed the order over a month ago and never received it. I've tried contacting customer service several times, but no one answers. Now the DHL courier is telling me I have to pick up the package in Germany, but I live in Italy, where I was supposed to receive my order. A terrible experience!!!

Schnelle und unkomplizierte Lieferung. Tolles Produkt mit super Inhaltsstoffen. Ich habe das Sonnenöl schon mehrfach bestellt und hoffe, dass es weiterhin verfügbar bleibt.

My trustee product for preventing chronic UTIs. Also helps protect and restore my gut flora better than any pharmacy bought pre- & probiotic if I need to take antibiotics. Very happy with the product, as always!

KLARSKIN is one of my favourite skincare brands. Been there as a customer from the very beginning - do appreciate high quality products (esp. Retingold) that my skin loves. And service is just wonderful even when something has to be resolved. Highly recommended.

My order is missing although it says it is delivered. I reached out to customer service via email as well as WhatsApp. Feeling like I wasted time and money as I have not heard from them still...

I like the product because the composition is very clear, they chose the best ingredients, well thought and well explained. It is easy to take and you can tell it is really qualitative. Thank you!

Recieved my products as planned.

Great costumer service. Powder is nice, I have been using it for 2 weeks and noticed improvement on my skin. But the game changer are the three skin products. Started using it 2 days ago and already amazed! Recommend.

Product works great and when I had a problem with a product getting stolen during the shipment, Customer Service was great in getting it replaced

Ich habe bei Klarskin ein monatliches Abo für das Radiance Powder abgeschlossen. Ich wollte das Abo kündigen und habe bereits zweimal per E-Mail den Widerruf bzw. die Kündigung übermittelt. Leider habe ich nie eine Antwort erhalten – weder eine Bestätigung noch irgendeine Rückmeldung.

Trotzdem werden weiterhin Lieferungen verschickt und Beträge von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht, obwohl ich das Abo längst beenden wollte. Ich finde es sehr enttäuschend, dass ein Unternehmen auf Kundenanliegen überhaupt nicht reagiert.

Derzeit kann ich die Firma nicht empfehlen.

Product does not meet expectations, delivery is many weeks long and an automated subscription plan, without option to cancel when you realize about it nor reply from “customer support “ bc it appears to be nonexistent, also their contact emails do not exist anymore
