Staff didn't want to serve
In the Roman clothing section we were treated very rudely, being ignored by the 2 women supposed to be serving who clearly just wanted to gossip with each other. Both my husband and had I tried to catch their eye without success. When I was able to but in I was spoken to very rudely. I tried to make a complaint and was told someone would ring me but they haven't.

Friendly and helpful telephone employee. Love my purchase.
A very friendly and helpful young lady dealt with my purchase on the telephone. As an older person I prefer to deal with an actual person rather than on line purchases. Love the cowl neck eyelash jumper purchased. I had already bought one from a Klass outlet so wanted more. Would have purchased others if all colours in my size hadn’t sold out.

Had been looking around for clothes for my forthcoming holiday and just happened to look at Klass, had a good browse instore and then looked on the website, very impressed with choices and would recommend, very little on the high street for ladies of a certain age😄
