We visited klass in Llandudno today and was greeted by a very happy smiling lady, she welcomed us into the store with our fur kids (dogs.
She was very helpful , friendly and attentive to us and nothing was to much trouble, she looked really smart but quirky at the same time , a breath of fresh air
Her name was Mandy and she is a credit to your store and business.5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ customer service ,we will definitely be back thank you ! x

The shop in Llandudno has a good choice and the ladies working there are very helpful. Bright and clean store. Great quality clothes. Online service is efficient.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I bought a dress for my son's wedding yesterday and popped back in today to see if they had a matching jacket. I mentioned to the lady that there was a jacket in Roman, which is just opposite Klass, but I couldn't check that it was a good match as Roman don't do refunds, only credit notes. The lady was so nice and said that she'd bring the dress with her over to Roman so I could see. There was absolutely no benefit to her or Klass for doing this, but she wanted me to find the perfect outfit for the wedding. I will definitely be shopping in Klass again. I only wish I could remember her name as I'd love to give her a name check. That is the way to treat a customer. 5 🌟

Christmasy jumper , just perfect.. not in stock , but purchased on line and arrived promptly.

The lady in Llandudno (short blonde bob) was really helpful and checked that the size I wanted was available on line. I got 2 really unusual cardigans with free delivery and discount, very happy lady!

On a day trip to Llandudno, called in Klass shop. Bought a few items. When we got home my friend wished she had bought a top she saw. Looked online and ordered it for her.

Could not get the size at local shop ordered on line white short excellent size 12 fits perfectly. Os if you cant get you size at the shop order on line.

Had my first visit to your shop, it was a lovely experience and I was very happy to find two tops that I know I will not see on anyone else where I live. Shopping online was easier than I expected, and I am looking forward to doing it again.
