Die Bestellung wurde umgehend…

Die Bestellung wurde umgehend bearbeitet; der Versand war schnell und zuverlässig; die Verpackung perfekt (ein Beutel/keine Materialverschwendung bzw. übertriebene Verpackung); der Hoodie vom Material her robust-flauschig, innen weich aufgerauht, die Größe der europäischen Norm entsprechend, der Aufdruck optisch stabil und gleichmäßig; die Rückmeldung auf Instagram persönlich wertschätzend- alles in Allem bin ich sehr zufrieden und wünsche dem jungen Unternehmen weiterhin viel Erfolg, solides, langristiges Bestehen!

Super produits. J’ai cru qu’il y avait un retard dans la livraison et ils ont répondu à mes mails de demande et j’ai fini par être livrée comme convenu…
Très réactifs et très à l’écoute. Et les produits sont confirme à ce qui est présenté dans le site

Bis auf Lieferzeit nichts positives

Einfach mal ausprobiert und denke mir jetzt schon mehr als das eine Mal wird da nicht bestellt.
Qualität fühlt sich schlecht an, oversized sitzt wie slim fit. Da fragt man sich dann auch wie die angeblichen Maße von den Models zustande kommen.
10cm größer als ich und soll Größe M tragen?
Da fragst du dich wirklich wo solche Angaben herkommen.
Das einzig positive war in meinem Fall eine schnelle Lieferung.
Und wenn das schon der erste Eindruck ist kann das auf Dauer nun wirklich nichts sein.

Greedy and misleading - Kleidermafia’s customer service policies

I recently ordered from Kleidermafia and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing.

When I received the item, I immediately noticed that the sizing did not correspond to what was presented on their website. The product fits significantly smaller than expected, making it completely unwearable. The sizing information on the website is therefore misleading in my opinion.

To make matters worse, when I contacted customer support to request a return, my request was refused because their 14-day return window had allegedly passed, which I find extremely short to be honest. The parcel had initially been delivered to my building’s guardian instead of directly to me, which delayed when I actually received and opened it. I contacted them as soon as I became aware of the issue and tried to resolve the matter amicably.

They left with an item which is unworn, unwashed and still has all original tags attached.

I was hoping they would show some understanding and willingness to accommodate a new customer who is still in the process of getting familiar with their brand, the quality of their products, and their policies. Unfortunately, no flexibility was offered and my request was simply denied.

After this experience, I checked other reviews and noticed that many customers report similar issues regarding sizing and returns. This confirms that Kleidermafia's customer policies are greedy and misleading.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing customer experience and I would advise potential buyers to be cautious.

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your experience. However, according to our records, this order was delivered more than 3 months ago. As stated in our return policy, returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

If the delay had only been a few days, we could possibly have been more flexible and tolerated a late return request. However, after more than 3 months, unfortunately we are unable to accept a return for this order.

Our return policy is clearly indicated on our website and applies to all customers to ensure fairness and consistency.
