Our sport insoles are designed to be trimmed for a personalized fit. We recommend using your current shoe insoles as a reference when trimming them. Additionally, we have compiled a video tutorial to guide you through the trimming and usage process, which can be found at the link below:

High quality
The soles that I got are really very comfortable. I’m a military and I use boots all day at work, these soles make a difference in preventing foot and back pain.
