They have recently launched and online portal where you can practice at home form your phone or tablet, this really is a game changer ,

My experience at KMDT from portal to lessons.

The KMDT online portal is easy to navigate, class days and times are very helpful and they responded to my enquiry quickly. The club self-defense sessions suits people of all levels of fitness and you are not required to have martial arts experience to join in.
The instructors are very knowledgable and their approach to teaching is flexible to suit their student’s learning preferences.
