My experience with KMS Tools has always been very good. They are knowledgeable and have a good inventory of quality tools. I have had very good experiences both online shopping as well as instore.

I really control myself to do not go to kms store because of good customer service and all stuff they have I ended up with at least 500 dollars spent on tools.

The one salesmen bent over backwards to find everything I was looking for and I didn't ask for help.

Went to KMS in calgary, my normal tool store. We walked in and my wife was told she could not come in store with her purse. Told my wife to forget it and we will go elsewhere. On the way out told the girl she has lost a regular customer and her only response was a shrug of the shoulders. Will never go there again and being a car guy also will never use their car parts section also.

They sell a lot of tools that are hard to find elsewhere but the people who work at this store are absolutely useless. They have no clue about the products they sell or where they would even be in their store. It may as well just have a self checkout and some pylons dressed as employees. I had my wife go in to grab some chain grips for me the day before and they put them aside for me saying to call in the morning to make sure they kept them for her/me, which she did. She went to pick them up and they sold two of the extentions she told them to hold, and then one of the employee's accused her for trying to steal things because she was there two days in a row. I will be extremely reluctant to ever shop there again and I will also be shutting down my account. Avoid this store if you can.

I have shopped at the Calgary store a couple times. Had to ask where some things were due to the size of the store and not having Ben there before. Staff were knowledgeable and were able to direct me easily. Great selection and prices
