Great Service! An employee approached and asked if I needed help finding anything. I told him the tool, he took me to it, and collected me a cart to help me move it to cashier.

My experience today was nothing short of AMAZING!! I spoke to a lady named Heather and her product knowledge of tools was off the charts. She was as professional as professional gets and made me feel as a customer that I mattered. She set the bar so very high for others when it comes to someone who represents KMS Tools. My experience with Heather was on par with dining at the finest and most exclusive restaurant in Paris. I spent a lot of my hard earned money today at KMS Tools and have zero regrets doing so. They had what I wanted , few places have anything but the most common tools, at a competitive price and staff who know what I wanted and were to find it.

The staff were on hand and only too willing to assist me and direct me to the correct area of the store - and then walked over with me as we shared morning banter - loved it.

KMS was more than helpful fulfilling my orders in a timely and professional manner. Their staff were all polite and I will definitely return for more purchases in the future. All in all, great people, great service, great products!

They have the tools and welding supplies I need. Only downside is the hours. If they had the same hours as princess auto I would probably go once week.
