Friendly, informed staff really expedited my reason to visit. Got what I needed, then what I wanted and at a reasonable price. KMS has a huge resource of tools, supplies, and accessories that has to be experienced in person to appreciate.

I always find the staff helpful, knowledgeable and willing to take time with me.

The security badge on nearly every hand tool is extremely annoying. I get it, I know why it’s been added to the tools. But every tool I wish to buy I need to find an employee, request to unlock it and then they proceed to carry to to the till for safe keeping. I came in to buy a number of tools today and after after finding an employee 3 separate times I was so annoyed I just walked out and drove to Home Depot.

Helpful staff and great prices. No matter what your needs are, they always come through, even if they have to do a physical search to show you where the item is located.

No shortage of good quality tools and equipment, fair prices and helpful staff. One thing I find annoying is items that have no price displayed, have to find someone to look it up for you.

These guys are competitive with pricing and carry the quality tool brands I prefer to use. Most of the staff are pleasant and helpful.

The manager was extremely helpful. Accepted a return for an expensive machine that was well past the return policy.
He was also very helpful in showing me several items around the store before getting back to his previous chore and then personally accommodated a floor representative to work with me.

Purchased a product on May 15. It was out of stock but I was assured it would be in by the end of the month. Phoned to check on progress and was told to expect product (dust collection system) by mid June. Phoned at end of June and was told that it would be checked into and someone would get back to me. Nobody did! By the end of July I visited the store to talk to someone in person. There I was told they would have to bring one in from another store and it would be in by the third week in August. Soon after I received a phone call telling me there would be an additional charge of 50 dollars. Another phone call to them straightened that out and again I was assured the dust collector would be in by mid August. I was contacted next day and told the collector was in! It was picked up on August 3. Very frustrating dealing with incompetence.
Holy moly, folks, get your act together!!

Good selection of tools with knowledgeable staff.

Had the products that I was looking for in stock and at a decent price.

Always bringing in new items, experienced sales personnel are always prepared to assist

When I shop at KMS I almost always find what I'm looking for. I can always find an associate for assistance easily. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Good products and fair prices.

Good service

Went in to see a sale that was going on. Employee showed me a flyer for a item i was interested in and it said if you buy this tool you get a specific item free. I asked for more info on it he was unsure as he hadnt been aware of the free item. He checked with the manager and came back saying the ad was a mistake and they wouldnt offer it even though he is the one that showed me the add. I decided to buy the item anyway but it had to be on back order which is fine i knew that before i decided to buy it. When i went to pick up the item i ordered i had been told to just got to the check outs to get it before i got there. I went waited in line for the check out only to be told i have to go find a employee on the floor. Had trouble finding someone on the floor finally found someone. When i asked him to get it he was visably unhappy with helping me. Took a long time and he finally came back and didnt have my item. When i asked he snarkily said its by the checkouts and i have to go see them. Waited in line again. And the cashier made a snide remark how this isnt supposed to be their job and the other guy wasnt doing his job properly
